Why in gods name
Can I find seeds for Sex Gang Children and Red Lorry Yellow Lorry torrents but not for Bauhaus? What the hell is that?

Why is it that when one of us knocks off a piece of a crumbling, mud wall because it's been falling apart for 40 years, we have to pay for it... but when an inbred kid damages a $500,000 camera with a rock, it's totally cool?

The camera, while mission-essential, is obviously outside of their standard of living and it would be ridiculous to expect anyone to replace it, however, it is common fucking courtesy to keep your kids from ruining equipment that belongs to the people you're trying to get hand outs from.
Don't misunderstand: It doesn't effect me personally except maybe in the off chance my life depends on my equipment working (weird, I know), and we are more then capable of repairing and replacing the stuff.
But this happens everyday and it angers me that it's allowed to continue. Money doesn't grow on trees, and it's wasted on these ignorant people who refuse to even help themselves.

No, I don't blame you being frustrated with the situation.
It's just that there's a whole lot of places on this earth where people are subjugated to generations of poverty, tribalism, civil war and despotic rule ... and I have yet to figure out why one group of people rise up and overthrow the chains that bind them while others continue to accept their lot in life. So I don't think it's as simple as wondering why people don't fight to better themselves.
But it's just about as great a tragedy that people like you are stuck there risking your life for people who aren't sure they want to risk their own.
