She sometimes arrives early in the morning(before my kids even go to school) to spend the day with him. She was just freaking out, banging on our door because the EMS hadn't arrived yet. I was dialing 9-1-1 on my way next door when the police and ambulance arrived.
Today is just...sad...

I know Being nocturnal isn't all it's cracked up to be. I keep trying to go to a normal sleeping schedule but somehow it keeps getting screwed up. I Think I stay awake for like 18 hours and sleep for 9, so this causes my sleeping and wake hours to rotate around and around and around. I have sleeping issues.

I kind of forgot how close it is to Thanksgiving until I was in Target picking up some stuff for Jake's birthday dinner and had to look everywhere to find a frelling ham, but I did manage to find the last one so I was still successful!

I finally looked up the half a small mammal pelvis I found on a beach in Denmark when I visited my boyfriend a while back. I checked seal, various birds.. nope. No visual matches. Then out of a random thought... I looked up cat pelvic bones.....
I have half of someone's cat's pelvis. Poor kitty how did it end up in the sea???? There was only that one bone too so it must have been old. Poor kitty

My husband made me watch Slither. What the ever-loving fuck. There should be some sort of rule against secret zombies. If you're making a zombie movie, you should be legally required to say so somewhere in the description. One should never begin a movie thinking "Lalala Nathan Fillion is going to fight some slug things" and get surprised by zombies.
Am now cleansing my freak-out palate with alternating episodes of My Little Pony and Ruby Gloom.
I hate zombies. I hate them so much.

Maybe I shouldn't have gotten Modern Warfare 3 for Jake, he seems to have gotten more than a little absorbed. Oh well at least he's happy.

Haha, that's very similar to my initial response! Except I didn't know about the zombies, so it was more "Nathan Fillion in a horror film?! YESSS!" Then those freaking zombies happened and I got all scared.

The results of last week's blood test came back. Nurse had no idea how to read TSH or tTGA levels. I have to keep eating crap until Monday.
BUT when I told my Dr that my diet consists primarily of brussels sprouts cooked in bacon, he insisted on running a full lipid panel. Total cholesterol is 140, triglycerides are crazy low, I'm not anemic for the first time in my life. Add that to the fact that I was pushing significantly more than 100% of normal VO2max, and I'm testing like a professional athlete. I want to drive to his office just to do a victory dance on his food pyramid poster.
