Hehe thanks guys.
I tried posting more cat pics but it wouldn't let me.
The kittens are grown now. And they're both pregnant! My fault (no, not like that) I was suppose to get them spayed months ago and just kept putting it off. I always get paranoid when taking an animal in for a surgery like that, as I had a cat a couple years ago who died during his neutering surgery. Its extremely rare, but it can happen. And the last female I had spayed, they gave her so much dope I thought she was going to die. So now I dread having it done. But if you don't do it, and you have male and female cats, you'll have an unending supply of kittens.
So now, I'm going to let them have their babies (cause spaying them now would just be murder), and then get them scheduled once their kittens are weened.

LMAO!! Is it bad that that's the first thing I thought when I read that? I was kind of shocked then I read the rest of it. Damn, maybe I'm a little too tired.
Well even though it will be a bit of work, congratulations on the kittens. You'll have some fun with it so no worries.

She does that when she sleeps sometimes. My hermit crabs live in a 33 gallon tank in my room. It's huge compared to their old 10 gallon. As of now, I have 8 of the little buggers.

This is my girl Bruiser AKA "The Ghost Face Killa" a 10th generation Red Nose American Pitbull Terrior. She doesn't miss a trick! Between her and my other pit you don't want to be creeping anywhere near my house but once introduced to you they will lick your face raw! They are not happy unless they get their tongue directly in you mouth. HaHa

Scythan: I used to have hermit crabs.... they fell apart. Cute cat, though, I love how he/she's just lounging
Katsumy: That's a beautiful little cat.
1TOOMANY: Bruiser is a wonderfully sweet looking dog. I think I'll pass on the too-much-drooling love though.

Yeah, hermit crabs are very delicate. I've already had two deaths, although neither were my fault. They die easily from stress : /

Nope, they get really stressed out when they get taken from the wild, shipped to a pet store, kept in bad conditions, then moved to a new house with strange hermit crabs. In the wild they don't move very far, so any drastic change is bad for them.

Oh ok... So they die of problems with their hearts... Stress can be painful is proven!

Update:
A couple weeks ago I posted some pics of my cats and ferrets and noted that Isabelle and Elisabeth were pregnant. Heh. Well, they both had their kittens on Christmas day. Nine of them, in all. And a bit of a crazy story to go along with it. Isabelle was the first to give birth, sometime between 5am (when I went to bed) and 11am (when I woke up). But she only had two. So I figured she'd have at least 1 or 2 more. Later in the day I was looking through a box of christmas decorations and kept hearing kittens. Figured it was coming from down the hall. To my surprise I moved something in the box and there between a bag of stuffed animals and some garlands were two more kittens. Crazy cat. So I put them with their mother and other two siblings and that's when I saw that Elisabeth (Isabelle's sister) was in the box with them all and would not leave. A little while later, proly around 5 or 6 in the evening, Elisabeth started having her kittens, and Isabelle stayed right there the whole time, helping to clean and nurse the newest born. I'd never seen anything like it. Mother cats are usually teritorial with their kittens but not these two. They've always been inseperable and this just proves it. So I thought I'd share a couple pictures with all of you. :-)

I had two cats that did the exact same thing years ago.
The confusing part, was that since they birthed in the same box and cleaned and nursed each others kittens, I could never really tell which kittens belonged to which Mama Cat..
It was cute as all hell nonetheless..
Until they all got bigger..
*Twitch*
How in the hell I managed to let TWO cats get pregnant at the same time I will never, ever know..
Oh and whats with the Afterbirth Snack Treat eating, that the Mama cats do as the kittens are coming out?
*Gag*
Can you imagine what it would be like if Human Females did that during childbirth?
And exactly which wine goes BEST with Afterbirth?
Uhh.. Yeah..
Cute Kitties either way, E.D.
Here's hoping you find loving homes for all of them before they grow and breed again!!
Merry New Year!!

lol - yuck. its an instinctual thing for cats, to eat the placenta - however that's spelled. Pretty much the same reasons why they cover up their shit in the litter box. so that predators can't track them. tho i doubt it ever really works. it definately doesn't cover the smell. there's also something about it being better for the mother's milk too. dogs eat the stuff too. And probably most other mamals. I've heard its actually bad to prevent them from eating it.
And, in some primitive human tribes, the closest relatives eat the mother's placenta as well, as some sort of ritual. now that's really vile.
One of my older cats tried eating her kittens when they were born premature and died within minutes after birth. This was 4 or 5 years ago. I didn't even know she was pregnant. But I wouldn't let her eat them. I took and buried them in the back yard.

Here's some pictures of my old cat, she was killed by my neighbors dog though. I've got a new cat now named Whatsername, no pics of her though. Oh, and I've also got a dog with 3 legs named Billie Joe. Yes, named after the green day frontman, so kill me

This is my GARGANTUAN cat. I think he's in love with my Docs. When I'm not wearing this pair, he's layin' on 'em.
He didn't budge while I was snappin' these. It's hard to keep his hair from getting all over my darks, but that's what lint rollers are for, right?

Cute kitty Need, sorry to hear she's gone. I hate people that let (or teach) their animals to kill someone else's pets. My uncle had some of the coolest black labs ever, but he taught them to hunt down and kill his neighbor's cats.
He's among the 'more sane' of my relatives too.

I believe it's Main-Coon? The big-ass breed of cats that act like dogs and will take to water quite easily? Hairy as all get-out as well.
