Advice on Semi Non-Fiction Writing
Ok so some interesting things have happened in the past week. That is, meeting an ex vampire who came from a family of blood mages, my Wiccan roommate with a split personality whose ex girlfriend has 7 people living in her head, and apparently he got all 7 to fall in love with him. No joke. Well recently his violent alter came out which was intruiging as eff! But, now you may be wondering where I go with this...I'm already schizoaffective, which is enough to make for a thrilling psychological narrative IF it were more interesting, like not taking the meds or being stoned because being stoned when you're schizophrenic is almost the equivilent to tripping on shrooms in a sense.
But I'm nervous to write it all down, and I have writer's block. Suddenly real life is becoming very intruiging. My mom said something funny when she broke her arm and there was this guy screaming, "Help me!" In the other room, she's like why don't they just give him what they're giving me better than listening to him scream all day. But the way she said it was soo awful and hillarious that the nurse was smiling. How do you write about these weird situations in an objective way...It's not like I dont have material to work with here. LOL. I just don't know where to begin...like when did all this start? I could tie it like into some conspiracy theory.
I'm going to call it United States of Insanity or something.
