Bought a new dress in a size smaller than I was buying stuff in so that's pleased me. Also got almost everything together for the festival I'm going to in a couple of weeks.

I'm going on a one day taxidermy course in London at St Barts' pathology museum. The subject will be a hamster.
But WHAT WAY TO POSE HIM? Give me ideas people. I wonder if I could get him in a crouch , pointing his little hamster fingers like two guns...

The physiotherapist had a cancellation so they could fit me in today instead of in a months time. I'm being referred for more specialised treatment for my arm now as she doesn't feel she has the right experience to help me.

Finishing laying down a path in the garden. Nothing quite like hard physical labour to make fruity's day and keep the demon's away.

Despite there being only a 20% chance of rain today, the weather defied the odds and rained. It came down pretty hard but only for a short time but it's better than nothing.

Indulging in my addictions... which include hard labour and scooping up soil with gloved hands to build up garden beds.
Oh and I've bought some raspberry and blackberry bushes and I can't wait to pick fresh berries.
Thank the bat gods for Siberian Ginseng.
Oh and seeing an advert for someone who is 2.8km from my home who wants to chat.... that would put her in the middle of a paddock! love those adverts

That made me picture this hypothetical woman with binoculars, standing in the paddock watching your house.
This song made my day. (NSFW - and while the sound isn't the best the clip cracks me up) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39NHW8V-WEk

The artistic feeling, however self-deluded, that I'm a working on something "big" and emotionally-potent. And writing dialogue where characters sort of carve themselves out existentially.

Ah, she wouldn't last long. It's too cold. :-D But then I'd feel sorry for stalker girl and invite her in for a hot chocolate, and then she'd last maybe 5 minutes in our house... it's bedlam most of the time.
WMMD: Pottering around the recycle centre, getting some seedling trays. Looking up plans for a hoop greenhouse made from PVC... but I have to save my money to build one of those, although I do have some stuff I could gerry rig one with.... hmmm..
Oh and tickling a cat's belly.

My fur cleaning kit FINALLY fucking arrived. Only took 4 months <_<
At least I can now clean all my vintage furs and collars, and Algenon the fox skin. Ralf is fine he doesn't need it, or my blue fox coat. But the collars definitely do. They have that musty old lady attic smell >.<

I don't want to count my dragons before they've hatched, but Titus can sort of sit up now. He's wobbly like he's pissed, but he can sit up almost normally and slightly hop about a bit ( he falls over quite a lot still ). Hopefully this will mean he won't piss and shit all over himself as much.
And Once he's finished his course of Panacur I'll take him back to the vet. The vet originally said that if he shows signs of improvement he'd give me a 2 week course of Panacur. I also read up on E.Cuniculi, and have noted that an anti inflammatory such as Metacam is sometimes used, as E.Cuniculi causes inflammation of the brain and spinal cord ( which contributes to paralysis )
I've been massaging him when I dry him off in the morning and evening. I know that's what they do with parylysed people to make them more comfortable, warm the muscles and get the blood flowing.
He was lying mostly on one side in the beginning, and pissing and shitting all over the underneath leg. So I massaged that one a little more since he was lying on it so much.
I extended and contracted his legs ( all four ) back and forth gently, and pressing and rubbing between his toes and on his feet.
I massaged up and down his spine ( one finger each side ) , between his shoulders, and round the back of his neck. I also gently palpitated his belly to check it wasn't feeling hard ( their guts can shut down when they're ill ) and rubbed it a bit to help move the shit through.
I'm wondering if that has helped him get a bit of strength back? I hope so.

Knowing that after today I won't have to be at work for two whole days. Getting a day off from both jobs is pretty rare. Getting two days off from both hardly ever happens. I can get more then 4 hours of sleep. WOOOOOO!
