Everything that the tory government is doing right now. If we have riots again like we did in August we're fucked.

I reckon, if there's a hot summer, we will have riots. All that pent up fury plus hot temperatures would be a very bad mix. Fuck the tory government.

'm starting to think she's not happy and I think I might be holding her back. I'm starting to think she might be with me BECAUSE I'm nice, but not really because I'm nice, but that she might feel like she owes me companionship because I'm nice.

Guy gets "frienzoned", he gets sympathy from his friends and she's generally viewed as some stupid girl who doesn't know what's good for her own self.

I pulled my right oblique It hurts to cough, laugh, sneeze, hiccup or do anything that makes me out of breath or have to inhale more than standard breathing.
I can't go to my classes, and I can't even fucking walk to work. Ive spent the last two days at work, wearing a corset to prevent me from breathing in too deeply, and to stop me hunching down one side and standing like Richard the fucking third. I work, in a fucking warehouse. I have been pushing 1700lb rolls around on a pumptruck... in a fucking corset. OW.
FUCK. Is what I say to you right oblique. Fuck you and fuck off.
I now have Voltarol gel. I'm slathered in the stuff and it had better work because the thought of not being able to exercise and the possible weight gain resulting from this is making me REALLY FUCKING ANGRY.

HT, sorry to hear about that. Done that myself and it's both painful and annoying. One thing that is good is that you are in Europe so you have access to apothecaries so you would be better able to find this stuff. There is a German company that makes a liniment bubble bath (yes, bubble bath), but I can't remember the name unfortunately. However, it does not smell bad and -- unless you turn out to have allergies (I hope not) -- it works really well at relieving pain and is very relaxing. I once found some in a cooperative here and suggested it to a coworker who wound up with costochondritis from pulling an oblique. She said it worked wonders. Unfortunately, the Co-Op no longer sells it so I don't have the name right off the top of my head. I'll try to find the name for you if you like.

I had to google that. Ouch!
I'm nearly done my degree and that's great, but I'm getting anxiety about paying off my student loan, which I think I should do at least in part before I go off for extra schooling, especially since some of the programs I'm looking at wouldn't allow me to work while in school. And I need to get my driving licence >.<

Saw a good mod for Skyrim that gives an option for transitional gendered folks.
The comments. I want to educate these people against their will.

I saw that too! I don't think it really hits the mark for what it's intending and don't much care for it, but +1 for the trans option.

Newfoundland just passed an austerity budget and the more they talk about the more afraid I am. Hiring freezes everywhere!
I'm going to work in retail forever and never be able to pay off my loan and live in poverty til I die -_-*

I want to stab my neighbor's movers. It sounds like they are going to break the fucking stairs, I have never seen professional movers (which these guys supposedly are) let the dolly slam into each stair, dollies are for flat surfaces, you carry shit on the stairs but not these guys, they don't even carry the thing up the stairs when it's empty.

Change poverty to frugility and you'll be amongst the growing hoards of people who are flicking the bird to materialism.

Yah, it is strange. The expectation over life and what is to be expected is far greater than what is actually available.
Now my whining rant, it seems like I have the motivation, psychologically to keep going but then feel like doing nothing. Reading this was nice. I was thinking about blogging about people's false expectations in life or inventory management, so might go with false expectations first.

I just realized that I passed in the second draft version of my term paper instead of the final paper. SHIT.
I think the bibliography is okay for the most part except I did mention a few things in passing, although it didn't have much to do with my point (like I mentioned the Irish Rover's Unicorn Song, but all I said was something like "since the Unicorn Song by the Irish Rovers came out, there has been an association in pop culture between Noah's Ark and unicorns. The unicorn actually does have Biblical origins, but not in Noah's Ark.......). I had cut that part out entirely in my final draft because I was over my word limit, so it wasn't in my bibliography, along with a few other mentions of unicorns on arks. Crap crap crap, I hope its okay I didn't stick that in my bibliography.
Also she said she'd have it graded by today so there's no time to email her and let her know what's up D:

Keeping the school rants going, my microeconomics instructor is beyond incompetent and very moody. Almost halfway into the quarter and none of the class has received any updates regarding their grades, even when assignments are turned in ahead of time. For our online assignments, none of them have been turned in because his login is out of date! How the hell is that possible?
Then tonight he blew a gasket because one of the students had to leave early for work and demanded the printed homework assignments back from the student. When the student left without returning the handouts, he then decided to write him up and this isn't the first time he's been butthurt over the fact that students have to leave early for work or personal reasons.
I really hope this quarter is the last time he teaches this class. /rant
