Jake and I went to the Golden Gate Park in San Fran, it was kind of damp (San Fran is always kind of damp) but we had a great time.

Waking up this morning, not being dead. I suppose that's always something to be thankful for.
On a cheerier note, my medieval pants might finally come to the store today

WMMD - living in a country that has socialised medicine. I just spent 5 days on IV antibiotics, which I never ever would have been able to afford if I lived elsewhere.

Just got off the phone with a lovely lady. How did five minutes turn into two hours? O.o

BB: Rather that than have what should have been an hour-long session end in 5 minutes though

Jaye: That was disturbing and awesome at the same time :P
WMMD: I figured out that the screw-on lid from a milk carton has a close to ideal height to balance out my keyboard. One of the legs broke off a long while back, and now I can get a proper angle on it because of a milk carton lid...

Simply amazing! I honestly think that some animals have so much potential but that doesn't stop us humans from abusing and mistreating them...

I got on my scale this morning. 94.5 kilos - if this is not just dehydration(which I don't think it is), my latest round of weight loss now counts 12 kilos

Not really. I think it's worse that because we have the same waist, she can wear my clothes but I can't wear hers becauase she's like 20 cm taller then me. Bullshit.

Thats a lie. I can wear your shirts, but your pants are too short. They're like flood pants on me.

Fruity: Thanks!
WMMD: Sometimes, I am a god damned genius. I was really struggling with CSS3-based columns in a div container in regards to making the main header span both columns and making the remaining text look good. I managed to solve this hurdle by adding a second containerbox with a set height and then making the original div have autoheight.(I know set heights aren't dynamic and modern, but this is my design of choice!) Then, I placed the main header in the outer containerbox, and that way, all contents put in the inside containerbox will have the same upper starting point no matter what is in the main header.

Non-technical version: I fixed a web-problem, yay!

Awe ~

This made my day, "Nobel Prize Physics – Presented to Andre Geim of the University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and Michael Berry of Bristol University, England, for using magnets to levitate a frog."

There are a bunch more of these summaries that are kind of blunt on
