Would you have any idea how I would go about that? Who would I talk to? I was just doing some research on the internet trying to find something. Haven't found anything yet. The only thing I could think of as of now is to call the health department. I was looking up the state requirements for piercing studios. It's hard to sort through all the bills. "Piercing" brought up 100 articles.

First go to the police department and ask them where to report her. They should know if they don't, they're not licensed cops. o_O scary thought ain't it?

That's for the state of Texas, but I'm sure the laws don't vary much in North Carolina. You'd most likely have to file a complaint with the Department of Health, and they would send an agent down to inspect the place.

Then I suggest purchasing "Telephones for Dummies". It's a wonderful book; helped me learn how to operate my telephone in less that 10 seconds! Pure fucking brilliance.

Nope, not at all...I think it's kind of attractive to see a guy with his belly button pierced. In fact, I have this friend who keeps nagging me to have mine done, but I think I'm going to stick to above the neck.

Teehee, I totally agree with you there. I mean, maybe, I mean MAYBE a corset peircing, but thats pretty much it for me. I don't want to get too into it.

I got three new ones in my ears at work from one of the nurses. (used a 16 g IV Catheter)
Plus, I just got my tongue done thursday. It's healing quite nicely, actually. It's really far back on my tongue though.

I don't mind exotic piercings at all, but some piercings are just plain dangerous. Speaking of exotic piercings, I saw this guy with a pentagram piercing on his arm...

Ooh, thats pretty cool. Gi Jay (my lovely) has a lot of weird piercings. Honestly, every time I get him out of his pants I find one that I havn't noticed yet. Its flippin' crazy!

I think people should only have pierced navels if they have nice abs. I'm not talking Ahnold-looking, but I've seen some seriously nasty navels pierced in my time. Saggy, bloated, stretch-marked(I'm talkin' looked like they were run over by a herd of Peterbilt!) just disgusting atrocities of flesh that they inflict on other people for no apparent reason.

Oh my god, YES!! It is so fucking disgusting when people get navel piercings and to show it to you they have to sift through several rolls. Ah! Here it is! *Cringes*
And thanks for the advice on how to report that piercer in my town. I forgot to mention, that she doesn't even have a shop.. she runs Roses Exotic Wear and they sell lingerie and have tanning beds. There is the little room she pierces in off in the back. I'm definitely going to do everything I can to get her shut down. Innocent people are getting piercings from her, not knowing shit. They don't know that needles aren't supposed to be reused after soaking in a solution. Not everyone does their homework before getting a piercing.

Exactly. I've never actually seen her do a piercing. When I wanted to get my lip pierced, I was calling around and could only find two places in my area. I called her first because she was closer and asked her over the phone if she used an autoclave. I remember there being a short pause, then she reassured me that she "let's them soak in a solution and uses dry heat". I immediately hung up. I called Nick, the guy I go to now, he used an autoclave and everytime I get pierced by him everything comes out of little autoclaved baggies. *Relief*
Oh and about guys having their navels pierced.. umm I don't think it's a turn off, I just don't find it *sexy*. I guess I'm just too used to it being more dominant with females. I'm really partial with guys with lip piercings. I LOVE lip piercings.. especially vertical labrets and side lip rings.. labrets are good too, but i prefer the latter.
