Needled; Orlando has gotten very expensive. Waiting list for Apts were running around 8 months with an average rent of 1200. Housing, just normal everyday single family homes, 3 bed 2 bath, are starting out at 180 grand, and depending on the location, could go for half a million.
You may want to look in the St. Cloud area, it's still reasonable out that way.
