Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL.

Yes, I know Aqua also had a German version of the song, but they sound totally different. If you could listen to them both you would know.
It most definitely was not Rammstein.

If you are still in possession of the song, however, I'd not mind hearing it.

How in the fires of hell did I miss this?

Sadly, I dont have the song anymore. The only reason I thought it was Rammstien is because it sounded like them and was entitled "Barbie Girl - Rammstien"
It could have been a differernt group or maybe a version Aqua that had been messed with.
I'm not saying your wrong or that I'm right. I just know what I heard. I wish I could still get the version I had. Without it I can't prove anything and probably sound like a moron. Oh well, life goes on

I have this sick fetish for Aqua that no one but my "raver" friend is aware of (and now you guys). . .I can't help it. . .I have this mix c-d with Barbie Girl on it and I don't think I have ever really listened to the other songs on it. . .just the barbie song. *hangs head in shame*
