Rice cooked in coconut milk and cinnamon and sprinkled with roasted coconut. If I have a heart attack at least my arteries will smell nice XD

Eh, I used to eat rice all the time with chili or curry but I like it by itself now with just coconut milk (and now cinnamon), mint I can't put into any food anymore, I used to be able to pick it from the woods but I don't get to go home much anymore, and store bought mint isn't as good.

Ah.. yeah, store-bought mint is crap. The entire front flower bed at my house is allllllll mint. Yum. :]





Edit: I'm eating watermelon, with salt. The best salt in da world! It's Himalayan pink salt, YUM.

This week I've been cooking all my meals from Vegan With A Vengeance (except for occasional junk and snacks like ice cream), I just made pancakes from scratch from the first time ever. So light and fluffy, very subtle hint of cinnamon. Must resist urge to go out and by every other cook book Isa wrote.
