This was a delicious mistake, I made brownies but wanted to try the Egg Replacer I picked up the other day. Would have been awesome for cookies but for brownies, not so much. Made them crumbly as you can see, but has a nice crisp texture (like a cookie, really). Next time I'll use a banana instead. I can't handle this much chocolate though, only got a few bites before I had to put it down XD

Egads that looks delish. You can also use applesauce as an egg replacer a lot of the time.

I've heard of that but haven't used apple sauce yet, does it leave a apple flavour? If so, how strong is it?

No apple flavor. Sometimes if you're using prepackaged cake mix you can also use sprite.
PS, I'm eating flour tortillas with cilantro jalapeno hummus.

In a sense. I was born on an Easter Sunday. My birthday, however, isn't much of a holiday, since the word originally comes from "holy day."

I agree. This is the first time I have had one since I was a child. I am too cheap to pay $0.50 for a small piece of chocolate, so I struck luck when my mom bought me these. I also managed getting Reese's pieces from a friend and Lindt chocolate bunnies from another. What a delicious birthday.
