Deathhawks are awesome. Which is why I have one. Hahaha. They're alot more comfortable, too and very light ontop of the head. I like having the pointed side burns as well. Taking it out is a bitch though. It hurts.

You should get some Prell shampoo. I used that this morning on my deathawk and it washed out almost instantly.

The blue kind works best. It doesn't dry hair as much, it holds up well (escept in wet weather), and it's very easy to wash out.

What I always used to do was to wet my hair, dry it (not completely), gel up a spike, blow dry the fuck out of it, hairspray the fuck out of it, and blow dry the fuck out of it again. Experiment, and you'll find something that works for you.

Yeah, I saw a guy who had an amazing mohawk, and when my stepmom or dad (I forget who it was) asked him what he used to keep it up, he said elmers glue.

I would just like to mention that, after having visited that site, I have decided to marry this guy and have many beautiful children.

I can't keep my 'modehawk' perfectly straight. It always ends up being fluffy. I need a better hair straightener. ┬_┬

Its REALLY simple. What I do is tease one part up, spray it and then pull it out into a spike shape. I just repeat that as I move back on my head.

How long does it take to grow enough hair for a 'hawk? I tried to grow mine out a few months ago but it ended up just annoying me, so I got it cut short again. >_>

Well thats the thing. I have a friend who does the same thing. He wants his hair long, but as hes growing it he gets frustrated that it wont grow faster, so he cuts it. It makes no sence. Just let it go. Ignore your hair! Hahaha.

mix bed head hair gel with garneir hair spray in your hand then work it through your hair, then apply a second coat of hair spray. That's what I use whenever I style any of my guy friends' mohawks. Bed Head may be expensive, but it's good quality and a little goes a long way.
Although; gorrila glue got my boyfriend through ozzfest.

Anyone knows exactly how one uses soap to have a mohawk?
I got tired of spending too much money on hairspray, so I bought a kind of soap that's used by people with mohawks, but I can't get up a mohawk like I like it.

Dude, I haven't heard any shit like that. Soap?
I've just always used hairspray. I'm getting to the point of figuring out the correct ratio of hairspray to teasing. I've pretty much given up on everything else when it comes to getting my longer hair to stand up at all.
Oh and for those wondering about getting a deathhawk out of their head, run Biolage conditioner through it. Get it nice and wet and then condition. Works like a charm.

Make the soap damp and run it through your hair. A lot.
Your hair's gonna small like soap, though, so pick a smell you like.
