I laugh and sing along to "867-5309" by Tommy Tutone.

And who can stand still when they hear The Pointer Sister's "Neutron Dance"?

I cut the hair off my cat's tail.

I cheated on my maths exam in year 9.

I spent 15 hours straight playing Doom.

I took a dump in the garage when I was eight and blamed it on the dog.

Some friends and I shot a hole in the big KFC bucket with a potato cannon.

Me and a friend took a bus for a joy ride.

My friends and I would put bits of pie under big leaves on the ground and then watch and wait until someone slipped on it.

We would also glue coins to the pavement and watch while people tried to pick it up.

Oh, and I LOVE Andrew Eldrich and Marilyn Manson!

That's all I can think of right now. *hangs head in shame*

I played pool.

I wrote the introduction and conclusion for my essay.

I got an avatar.

I had an itch.

I scratched it.

I just realised that "867-5309" might not be easily identified on it's own. Herewith, a few of my favorite lyrics to help that cause, and to explain the laughing:

"Jenny I've got your number,
I need to make you mine,
Jenny don't change your number,
eight-six-seven-five-three-oh-nine"
...
"I got it, I got it,
I got your number off the wall,
I got it, I got it,
For a good time call,
eight-six-seven-five-three-oh-nine"

I was tapping my toe to this for like the tenth time before I got what the lyrics were about. Hence the laughter!

The first prank call you ever make is calling 867-5309,and asking for Jenny.

Hehe, we used to call people and ask for Satan. (Yeah, I know - how very gawth. Sigh.) It normally ended with us yelling, "look, lady, this is DEFINITELY the number the cult leader gave me. This some kinda test?"

*sniff* More innocent times... (Hey, I said MORE innocent...)

Oh, and my cell phone has about 9 numbers in it. Three are friends, two are Satan (and Satan Cell), one is my art teacher, two are my parents, and one is the phone itself. How sad can you get? Hell, I made up about 1/4 of the numbers.

I frankly LOVE the fifties and most all of it's music.

God for a time machine and a Flathead powered Model A, Halibrand QC, three '97s and a set of chrome lakers. All those plump, busty plaid skirted floozies would flock to me, my pack of Luckies rolled up under the left sleeve of my white T-Shirt.

<dreams> I think I have a complex about it actually.

PS the 8675309 song is from the 80's, I think some of you got it mixed up with the 3645789 song which is an Oldy, but I rather like them both.

The 50s began a new way of life and thinking that started with the music (well WW2 might have had something to do with it). Thank you Elvis, J.Cash, J. Lee Luis, and so many others. Excepted Clif Richard who’s crap and how the fucking hell is that guy still alive and looking so young when many from that time are no longer with us. What do you live longer or some thing when you don’t drink, do drugs, have sex and destroy stuff. What the hell kind of rock star is that.

*Sigh* Celine Dion....My heart will go on. Every single time I hear that, I just have to grab the nearest thing that kinda looks like a mic and do my whole "Drag-Diva" thing while singing along...in perfect harmony. And while on the subject, I cry every single time I watch Titanic, every single goddamned time. *Le Sigh* Laugh it up people.

Here's a confession for you, it's certainly worse than my last one.

I was rummaging around in the attick the other day and to my shame, found all of my old Pokemon junk.

*hangs head in embarresment*

There, I've said it.

Although I found this:

Why is every one slagging off Pokemon. Ok I only played the game as I was a little old for the children’s craze, oh maybe that’s it. Your ashamed of one being part of some thing that was a big part of the mainstream.

Well if it makes you feel better when I was a kid ever one was in to those turtles. Even my self. There I admit it.

hmmm confessions...i was a mega spice girls fan in my younger days, queued up on boxing day to see their film premiere (which i also have on video). I am a huge reality TV fan, i watch pretty much all of it - i've been hooked on Dancing on Ice for the past eight weeks. I'm so trashy. And i once stole playdoh from my playschool because i really wanted some, then i got an attack of the guilts and put it back. And i love biscuits dipped in orange squash.

I used to eat Play-Doh. I am still sometimes tempted to when I play Play-Doh with my friend's son, but I remind myself to refrain.
