There are worse things than not having a date on Valentine's Day.

For Example:

Giving the money that you were going to move out with the con artists and quiting you're job because any day you're going to be rich but it's been a couple months now and you're almost positive you should call the cops but it is way to embarassing to mention, so despite the weeks of waiting, you're willing to live in dirt rather than face the embarassing truth that there is no money coming and you're a sucker.

See, it could always be worse. I don't have a date personally. I don't care either.

Yes, well...now that you and your cohorts have thoroughly beaten the point into the ground, can we move on to other, more enlightened conversation now? I'm beginning to become weary of the "How many clever ways can we put someone else down?!" game.

It's fine the first few times, but it's now just gotten to the point of sheer, mean idiocy and redundancy.

I can understand disliking someone. I can't understand going on and on about it for more than a day or two, at least when it comes to forums.

If you knew her in real life, then perhaps...but even then, it would get old and boorish after a while..

you see, this post demonstrates a whole lack of understand of suicide. Your right in that they feel helpless, but the external circumstances are which cause the suicidal behaviour. The comments provided by a lot of you will only further increase the suicidal feelings.

Tell me, you all think it is a cry for help. You are right there, it is. But given it is a cry for help, why dont you PROVIDE the help? If the op is serious you potentially help save a life. If the op isn't, then you still provide help albiet it not having the effect of saving a life.

Looking at it from the other side of the arguement, YOU all are selfish for not providing help to this individual and in turn actually encouraging suicide!
