Voices of Masada

Again much like Elusive this is another band I dsicovered very recently. Because being a massive fan of Fields of The Nephilim I'm always trying to discover new or old goth rock bands that are guitar driven with great lyrics, arrangments etc. So I ordered their debut album 'Four Corners' and I was blown away by a lot of the songs especially 'Fragments, Days of November, Fallen, Shine, Flight & Step Down.

One thing that really struck me about this particular album is the incredible guitar riffs and soaring beautiful solos on some of the songs. Their are also excellent and evocative errie keys as well that come in as interludes during some songs that make me think of desolate landscapes and ruined castles etc. This band definitly deserves more recognition, but only time will tell.

Has anyone else heard them?

I'm one to bitch about Feilds and Sisters rip offs. But this band... hmm... they're actually pretty good.

They're not exactly as edgy as I like, but they're awesome for what they do.
