No he's not. You're the one who didn't read the "For Newbies" thread, which CLEARLY explains the proper procedure for introducing yourself.
Even if you didn't read it, you should have thought to put your introductory thread in the "Introductions" board, but then maybe you didn't realize that the "Introductions" board was for introducing yourself. I ought to forgive you for it, though, since it's a mistake anyone could make.
If you had lurked for more than 30 seconds, you'd also have realized that we use proper grammar and spelling on this site. We're forgiving if one doesn't know how to spell something, so, again, forgive me if you don't know how to spell "you." I don't know, but it's something a 1st grader should know.
And to answer your question, you can post things on this site. Just follow the rules and use the best English you know.

What if she doesn't want to introduce herself in the intro thread ? As long as she doesn't spam or troll she's fine. Gosh, sometimes you people just bitch and make things a big deal because of it. I'm so glad I don't give a fuck what you all think.

Haha if you use the term good cop quite loosely.
Noumi, introductions are sort of an unwritten rule. It's like having a party and other people showing up. It's nice to know who they are. It helps us get along in this community. The more you know about each member of the boards the more human they are. The more human they are the more you tend to treat them like humans (unless you happen to have a very strong hatred of stupid people in which case nothing but a brain transplant will help you like anyone). Besides, lets say a new member, here forth referred to as billy, says he is a great lover of electronic music and spends a lot of his time sewing things and altering clothing. Well then if you had a question about sewing or electronic music, you could seek out their help, couldn't you? Introductions are very vital to the forums. It allows us to know who everyone is slightly, and to know the account names of the trolls so you can block them before they become too detrimental to your blood pressure.
There, that's about as nice as you will ever see me. I used utmost patience in answering the question because Noumi, despite how I didn't care for you much at first, I've seen enough of your posts to know you are a likable sort.
