Cool London

...Sorry for my english.
I'm sure that I will make some terrible language mistakes in the next three phrases.

I apologize in advance.

As I said in my first post, I'm here because I cannot find any usable info about goth life in London.
I will be there from 20 to 25 august.
I have been in London several times, so I know some good places (the Devonshire... Aw, I miss it...) but any information will be welcomed.
I'd like to stay every single day in Camden Town to waste my money on shops, so I will be pleased to know:

- A cheap place to sleep (is actually my first thought).
- New clubs, or pubs, or any "dark" place to please my ears.
- Shops, selling sharp things to wear.

Many thanks.

(someone will be in London when I'm there? It would be nice!)

I don't live in London but I go there from time to time. I've never stayed the night (except in clubs) so I can't recommend anywhere to sleep.

The Dev is good, clubs I've only been to Slimelight I think. If the bottom floor is open then it plays goth rock stuff. Otherwise its got EBM on the floor above if thats your thing. I've heard good things about club Antichrist but I've not been there myself, I'll be going to a gig there on friday though.

A lot of stuff in Camden is expensive and the same in serveral shops. Did you hear about the fire? I like Resurrection Records, sells CDs, of course its probably cheaper to get music from online shops.

Yeah, I heard about a fire in Camden, and I hoped that lowered the prices but... Nothing. At least, it seems that flames dealt not great damages to people... Do you know what's the actual situation in Camden? They repaired major damages?
