Geo, vomit is one of the worst smells in the world for me lol.
So let's see.... Vomit + fish + bleach. That would probably be the worse smell I can think of at the moment.

I'll tell you a real raunchy story.
Back in high school, one of my classes I took was science. In the science lab, at the side, there was a long electric heater running from one side of the room to the other. It was the winter so this sucker was on all the time. Well, one day during the weekend, a big rat or a bunch of mice got into this old heater and died! When we all came to class on Monday morning the heater was on as usual and the creature was inside rotting. The smell was so thick you could taste it! The stupid class went on in that rotten smelling classroom! You'd think the janitor would haul his ass in with tools and scrape the maggot ridden gore out, but nope. The smell went away eventfully. What happened was the cocksuckers let the rat rot away naturally until there was nothing left. I think it took around 4 days for the bastard to rot completely away. The heater did a good job of blowing the stench around. That is one of the worst smells I have ever smelled. You could almost taste it on your tongue!

smells worst than mostly anything i've ever smelled
My sisters garbage in the kitchen, it will make most people vomit, thats y i have to take the shit out all the time.
