Toronto shopping help

I'm in Canada for two weeks and was hoping to purchase a good pair of boots while I was here. I figured I'd be likely to get a better deal here than back home, because I haven't been able to find anything good nearby where I live.

So we're going shopping in Toronto some day this week and was wondering if there would be anywhere in which I could find said boots? I'd also appreciate suggestions for good goth stores or other places of interest to shop. A cousin suggested Queen Street West so I'll stop by there.

Apologies if there was already a thread this could have been posted in. Ideally the boots would be knee-high, as I already have a pair of shorter boots.

There used to be a place called Siren on the street you mentioned. I don't live there, but got things online from them in the past. I'm not sure if they're still in business, their online site has been down for a long time.
