Please, Stay which one is better?
Please stay, you don’t know how much I need you, how badly it hurts. when you leave a little part of my soul dies, that’s a lie, a lot of my soul burns. My happiness leaves. Depression empowers. Hell rises, pain ignites, death cuts all corners and circles down onto me. My inner stitches rip, I cry. My life is fucked, it’s unchangeable and uncontrollable. The drugs killed my soul. Suicide roams my mind. Hell is looking for me, my family avoids me. My job, I lost it. My money dwindled. My food, gone. This hell called my life is just getting worse, I need someone, I need you. You can’t see these problems outside looking in, but they are their. Every time you’re in the room my soul enlightens, I forget it all. And im glad i do. Your smile is the only drug im on that is not killing me. Yes I would kill myself, but only for your enjoyment. You are the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me. I don’t want to die. Please, stay...

Please, stay. You do not know how much I need you, how badly it hurts. If I said when you leave I die a little inside, I would be lying, I die a lot when you leave. My happiness, it dissolves. Depression, it empowers. Hell rises, pain ignites. Death cuts all corners and circles around me. My inner stitches, they rip and I cry. My life is fucked, unchangeable and uncontrollable. Drugs, killed my soul. Suicide roams my mind. Hell is looking for me. My family avoids me. My job, I lost it. My money, dwindled. My food, gone. The hell called my life is just getting worse by the second. I need someone, I need you. You cant see the problems but they are there. Every time you come into the room, my soul enlightens. I forget all the problems, and im glad I do. Your smile is the only drug that im on that isn’t killing me. Yes, I would kill myself, for five minutes alone with you. You are the most wonderful thing to ever happen to me. I don’t want to die. Please, stay….

Heartbreaks are almost universal. But while one heartache may be articulated by Edgar Allan Poe, articulated with strength and glory and holy darkness, another is articulated by HeartagramLove8, with self-abasement, total surrender and futile blathering like a busted water hose. (sigh)

So here's my question:
Why is it inappropriate and, according to you, deplorable when I criticize CCT for something wholly criticisable, but it's perfectly appropriate for you to mockingly take a cheap shot at a 14 year old child?
Is it because this child is male, versus CCT being a helpless female?

Is HeartagramLove8 a 14 year old male?
Then HeartagramLove8, I am sorry. I retract my comment. I try avoid being harsh to any teen. Life is already hard enough.
To answer your question directly Ophie, it is not acceptable. Hence my apology.
Thanks for keeping me consistent.

What are you talking about?
Humane has NEVER believed it's ok for an adult to mock a child.
I agree.

There was once a time when I felt unpatronised for being a teenager, as if people had the ability to judge by character rather than age. The people here are all pretty far left, and they all seemed to just get on with the fact that I was 14. This is fading consistently, as seeing other people patronised for their age immediately reflects upon me.
I'm basically rather unenamoured with this place at the moment. The Literature section has taken a nosedive, the laughs are few and far between, things used to be better here.

I just recently spent some time going through my old writings from when I was 14, so I will be gentle and understanding (or I would be a hypocrite).
To start off brutally honest, both are equally bad. They are very bad. BUT - yes, there´s a but - don´t stop writing. It will improve with time, as you mature. I would suggest you read "On writing" by Stephen King. It is an excellent book, and also very entertaining. It was once an inspiration to me, and I think it might help you too. At the very least, he shares some great tips on writing in this book, which I found extremely valuable at the time.
My drama teacher always told me that "you cannot play anything you have not experienced yourself". This also goes with writing. You might not have to experience the exact same thing, but if it is something that you cannot connect some emotion to, and transform this emotion into something digestable by an audience, then it is a waste of time, and should be postponed until you are able to process the idea in a better way.
As for how to get better, read, read, read. There´s no quick and easy cure. Just read. Join writer´s forums (one that I used to frequent is writing.com), talk to writers, read their experiences. Read, write, read, write, and never give up.

It´s a metaphor, damnit... You have to base even fantasy fiction in something that is real to you to make it become real for the reader.

The Divine Comedy wasn't a metaphor for anything.

Dude, you are totally different case: you can hold your own with debate and full on arguments, you are so well read that you are formidable in literary critique, or on any other subject you have read, and have the balls to hold your ground too, so I don't mind getting into discussions with you with contrary opinions. One time though I did (accidentally) refer to your attributes in a derogatory way and that I regret, because if I am going to best you I want it to be on topic, not personal. I want to win the debate or argument. And dude, for a 52 year old to have his oral communnication and critical thinking seriously be tested by a 15 year old says a lot about you.
(you can also say "no it says little about Humane" but then that would equate you with normal 15 year olds. 'Tis more complimentary to say "it says a lot about JCC" and have Humane be average.)
