Yeah, that's him. I think it came up a couple months ago when it was called to attention that that pic is in the encyclopedia dramatica article on goth.

What's funny is that, difficult to tell as it may be from the still photo, I am in fact making Jazzhands in that picture.
The photographer requested that I act "at least a little bit excited", so I snidely made jazz hands.

From what I've read, I'm willing to bet he's about as excitable as I am. It takes a LOT to get me excited. I doubt the lottery could.
