What the fuck? A new Street Fighter movie.

Yeah... Well, it looks pretty much like a standard action movie. Which wont be bad. Michael Clark Duncan as Balrog? Damn.

Won't be the same without Jean-Claude Van Damme. Instead of hilariously bad, it just might be meh.

I just saw the trailer 20 minutes ago..
It doesn't look half bad but it more or less is just another kung fu flick. The little you see in the trailer of what I think is an energy blast is pretty cool.. but I like the dragonball movie's version better.
Between Street Fighter and Dragonball, at least dragonball is original in comparison to other kung fu flicks. With all the aliens, wish granting dragon, flying, and wicked technology.

What's next a mortal combat remake with Jet Li as Liu Kang?

As long as there some awesome ass-kicking on Chun Li's part I'll be happy. If only they could get something as epic as the Chun Li vs. Vega scene from one of the animated movies and insert it into a live action one.

I know, and with a good plot, and kick ass fight scenes. With two cat fights... in the mud!
They did something right with that in Annihilation...
Back to the topic, Michael Clark Duncan... didn't he play Coffee in the Green Mile?

They did that in the Dead Or Alive movie. Man, I think that was the most accurate video game movie ever made. It was lame and cheesy and relying mostly on sex appeal, but so are the games.

I want more fighting moves like in the game, the old SF movie didn't show it all.

The title of this thread is wrong, it should be:
"YES! COME THE FUCK ON! NEW STREET FIGHTER MOVIE!"
