Ghost issues

Ok, so I know some people don't believe this exists unless they have a chemical imbalance in their head, but for the past few nights this goddamn ghost that looks like a disapproving old man keeps standing over me and glaring at me. I'm not scared of the old guy, but as you can imagine, it is quite annoying after awhile.

I've swore at him, threatened him and tried to ignore him but to no avail. Now not going off ghost cliches, but what could get rid of him? I just wanna kick his ethereal ass but obviously that's not going to achieve anything..

And during the day, he fucking moves my stuff around...like, he slightly moves stuff in front of me, when I'm reaching to get it, like it's fun for him...I have no idea what he wants or why he's doing this, he never talks just stares so what am I supposed to do?

Leave him a pen and paper. Tell him to write you a note. If he can move stuff in daylight, he can write. I have 1 who moves things, not to the extent you have mind you, but she doesnt bother us. When you have 1 who willfully destroys things like the 1 in my kitchen did, you have a problem.

Okay then, if you honestly believe that you have a ghost problem (this is highly unlikely) here is how you should deal with it:
1. Ignore it
2. Ask it to leave
3. Talk to it with a Ouija board
4. If it really bothers you then go find an exorcism ritual and perform it (there are plenty of these most of which make you feel like a complete moron when doing them)
5. If all of these fail, go see a psychologist

Okay, this IS stupid. Ghosts don't exist (for those who don't want to believe in them). The trouble is that people are always going to make out that they have had a supernatural experience to make themselves seem oh so important. This is really annoying. If someone has such experiences that have been shared with others and are undeniably the work of some supernatural force, then they aren't going to declare it to the world. Whether or not i have had such experiences, i am not going to say because i know that i will be ridiculed or told that i am a liar. I can deal with it and don't need the opinions of others on this matter. Such things should be kept to yourself and if you don't believe, keep your mind open. There is too much that we don't know about our universe to walk around with our eyes closed.

Maybe it's you, the mind is capable of lots of stuff we aren't aware of, like telekinesis. If it was a departed person, you could open a bible and use some prayers to protect yourself. If it's trying to attack your mind, might want to learn to sheild. Consider looking into the dark arts, magickal protection. etc. I think that when you tread athe chemical imbalances you are treading a similar area where metaphysical things can manifest. That's why people do mushrooms and stuff to acheive a spiritual or supernatural experience. At least, that's a haphazard guess. I wouldn't know. I really can't help you though because I don't know what I believe.
