One of my sinuses seems to be infected - AGAIN! -.-
I haven't slept all night because of the pain, and regularly I burst out in an ear-shattering scream of pain.
Just had to share with someone.
I get sinus infections whenever I have dairy products. I'm workin' on one right now, as a matter of fact.
There's this one decongestant tea that REALLY helps, but I'm out of it..
Korinna, is that tea made by "Republic of Tea?" They have some pretty good teas and they make special red tea blends for different things, I think there is one that is a decongestant. If that is the one you're talking about it can be ordered online.
Daily rinse with over the counter saline nasal spray (under $5) helps to keep the sinus clear and less likely to have problems, use it as frequently as you would use a mouthwash.
I really feel for you. I had suffered from chronic and acute sinus problems for a good part of my life, starting in my late teens. Hope you are feeling fine now.
