This is gonna sound weird.

But my mom lives in the boonies and she's forever telling me it's not redneck (it is). I am visiting her and as a joke I wanna dress like a cowpoke the whole time I'm there. I need black pleather cowboy boots.
Ideas?

If you really want to look like a redneck, go to Walmart and buy a pair of workboots in an unattractive shade of brown. Complete the ensemble with MossyOak camo EVERYTHING.

.....last year, some chick in my gov class went to prom in a camo dress. This will probably not surprise Soli, but.. >_<

Yeah, I saw plenty in camo for homecoming, prom isn't that much more of a stretch *sigh* that's Valley for you.

Instead of Walmart I suggest finding yourself a Tractor Supply Store, anything there would be perfect.

I still think John Deere should be the school mascot. The colors would stay the same!

TSC is expensive.. but hey, if it's in the price range, go for it. Pick up some Carhartt coveralls while you're at it.

This thread reminded me: I saw a guy from my class while I was home last time and at first he appeared to be remarkably well dressed, despite the fact that his tie was a subtle camo. Then he took off his jacket and I found out that he had cut (or possibly ripped) off the sleeves of his dress shirt.

Despite the major deerhunting season we have up here in Wisconsin you dont see much camo. Heck our state is trying to encourage kids to go deerhunting so we can stop the deer overpopulation.
