What Happened?!??
So, over the last few years I have come to this website for the fiction. I absolutely love every story that has been published here because they're new, and creative, and so very dark. I can't remember the name of the first story I'd ever read but it was about a crazy guy who somehow had imprisoned an elf, or fairy, or some magical thing and was trying to get rich off of fairytales; the little girl who speaks and pearls and gems come out of her mouth... You probably get my point... Well, I have nothing against the new "news" segment, but I've noticed a horrible decline in your horror fiction section. I've been gone from this site for months and the last fiction is STILL the last one. What ever happened to creative works being submitted to this site? And what has happened to the older works? Not all of the fiction is in Archives. I would really like to see a change back to the days of two or three new stories a month. The news is great, but don't forget about the others. Please.

It might be the quality of the submissions of late. If all they're getting is crap, then they aren't going to post it.
Simple fact of publishing, .03% is all that's worth actually releasing to the public. The rest is nothing more than toilet paper.

As I only moderate the bulletin boards, I could be wrong, but apparently, it's question of sifting through the garbage.
There's also the times when there might be good stories to post, but Our Master mightn't have the mullah to make the proper publishing payments (not the case this time).
As for older submissions, as Master put out a Gothic.net Anthology for sale, I'm not sure they'll still be available.

We are currently reading to start publishing fiction again, we've been on hiatus for close to a year with that.
We should have new fiction every week starting the last week in May.

Oh, good! I was really worried. As for the lack of funds, I suppose it is possible. But I would expect that the money they get from putting up links would bring in a bit. But I'm happy to know that the fiction has not been forgotten. Also, where could I find the book? It sounds awesome!
