Hi I'm Kiki

Hello Ladies and Gents, my name is Crystal Rose. Everyone calls me Kiki. I guess it started when I was about 7, my family said I looked like the little witch from a Hayao Miyazaki film called "Kiki's Delivery Service". So it just stuck ;;pause for nods of approval, or possibly getting a decapitated head thrown at me;;. Any who! I guess I will answer this questionnaire, thank you for taking the time to read this ^_^.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job): I sing, play classical guitar, and read a lot. I keep to myself mostly. For currency means I sell things on ebay.. (I know..)

2. Where are you from? Southern California

3. Who is your favorite author? Just Depends on my mood.

4. What are your favorite films? Kiki's Delivery service, Anything with Greta Garbo, and I know it's a cliche, but any Tim Burton Film really. Especially the ones Danny Elfman scores.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding? I don't think I ever want to get married

6. At your funeral? I don't think I ever want to die

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die? See answer above

8. What kind of casket would you want? A comfortable one??

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit? My usual uniform has lace, ruffles, and knee high socks. Also Mounds of Jewlery

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid? I guess as ostracized as I was, I miss my stronger sense of adventure. As a child I really didn't give a fuck what any one else thought of me, and lately I find myself attempting to conform to make others as comfortable as I can around me, but usually I just end up miserable in the process.

11. What's your favorite band? Maybe Cibo Matto for right now. But it changes.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major? I was a Business Admn. Major with a focus in marketing, But am currently out of school since it wasn't really what I wanted

13. Why did you join? Hopefully to connect with other people on a level that is more than superficial. People that I genuinely do have things in common with. Also to be happier with myself.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender? 21 y/o Female

Can't recommend any popular culture biographies, but I have read a couple that were pretty cool and not goth related.

Desert flower (young african girl who becomes a supermodel)

A cave in the snow; (English women who goes and becomes a buddhist nun)

Home of the Blizzard by Douglas Mawson; (Antartic explorer who almost didn't make it home.)

White mouse (Nancy wake, who rode a pushbike around France during WW2 carrying messages for the french resistance)

**shrugs**

I couldn't put down home of the blizzard.

It's so tragic and sad and amazing all at the same time. I found it quite inspirational - to know that a human could go through a heck of a lot of shite and still survive. (mind you when I read it I was in my own hell).

He was one lucky son of a gun.
