Doom music of doomy doom and death. Doom.
So I've recently come to find that I very much enjoy the heavy, toned down goodness that is Doom, and to a small part Stoner Doom. I've been listening to early Black Sabbath, Witchcraft, and Electric Wizard, but....that's all I really know.
Help.
Is there anybody willing to give me some good suggestions? Or at least berate me for listening to something other than 80's goth rock or black metal?

Hm. You know, I've been a big Acid Bath/Dax Riggs fan for a while, never thought they could really be considered Doom, but, then again, I have like, musical downes syndrome or something.

They're more stoner like Electric Wizard, but that's a doom subgenre. Figured if you liked Electric Wizard you'd like them too. Which, I see, is correct.
Oh yea, check out Ufomammut if you like those two bands...

the gathering ( albums : if then else-nighttime birds)
DRACONIAN ( u r gonna love em...try the album: turning seasons within) they are about to release a new album soon
lacrimas profundere
TIAMAT ( the last two albums especially)
