I teach English literature at a school for future evil geniuses. On my off-hours I read comic books, write poetry and essays, collect urban vinyl, sculpt, and practice the manly art of fisticuffs.

Born in Chicago, now living in Tucson.
3. Who is your favorite author?
I can't stop at one. Gaiman, Nietzsche, Snyder, Williams, Eliot, and Kafka.
4. What are your favorite films?
I'm not enough of a fan of movies to have a favorite one.
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
I'm married. It was jazz.
6. At your funeral?
Bauhaus' "Dark Entries" and Morrissey's "Unlovable". After that, just play the loudest and most annoying songs from The Aquabats till everyone gets the point and leaves.

I've heard that old age is a wonderful way to die.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
The Weber grill in my backyard.

Boots, dark gray Dockers, black workshirt with an embroidered ace of spades on the back.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Nada. Youth is overrated. (Although the easy access to sharp and blunt Asian weaponry was rather nice.)
