Saya! Let's talk Yaoi!
I'm drunk and I'm waxing all romantic about Inuyasha and his brother. I saw some awesome romance between those two once. Got me all hot and bothered.
So what's your favorite kind? Truth be told, there isn't a whole lot that I've seen.

Not the incest kind.
An actual gay manga/anime? Gravitation was my first yaoi love.
Favourite slash? Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth. Its far more believable than whenever they get a female love interest shoed in there to quell the rumours.

Don't know a whole lot about it to be honest. Evangelion had me going of course with the last angel and Shinji.
I'm actually quite partial to the suave, respectful charmer like Angel 17.

Go see it or you're not a person.
Anyway, the incest thing is odd in my book. I had feelings for a friend mine, Mark. He was like a little brother I should protect and a potential lover. His open boyfriend would have been lust if we were just alone a moment.

Incest is weird, especially when you see someone and think they're hot then realize that it's your cousin.

I hate mecha. I don't watch anime on the principle of it being anime.
See, either I have ugly cousins or there's something wrong with everyone else.

Saya, Evangelion is NOT a mecha show. You'd like it. It's more about religion and understanding one's self than robots. That show is damn near poetic.

I've never seen NGE either. I've seen fragments of it, and that one scene where it's Asuka against all those new angels or something and it was pure awesome.

The show is amazing, I dislike the vast majority of mecha anime but I loved Evengelion.

Eeeeeeh. Don't make me watch something. I don't have time for Star Trek as it is.

I'd say Evangelion is shorter and more interesting and immediately more satisfying than Star Trek.

Nothing is more satisfying than seeing Data meet Spock. Nothing.

Yeah, you can totally give NGE a whole night of booze and popcorn and let it just blow your fucking mind. Plus, that whole dynamic between Shinji and the last angel will get you pretty hot. Trust me.

I can agree with this but the point remains that you get more satisfaction per minute with Evangelion.

Wait, wasn't in that there was that uber creepy scene where that guy is masturbating while in a room with an unconscious girl?

That does happen. None of the characters are a perfect and noble kind of archetype. Everyone is a hero and everyone is a fucking broken freak.

Okay, there are a few questionable scenes but you have to consider the whole thing.

I liked Evangelion. Not for the Yaoi. I liked that every character was a complete mess. I hated Shinji, though. He's a fucking emo kid.

What's interesting, is that we as humans seem to have a psychological aversion to sexuality with someone we were raised with.
Brothers and sisters who are raised apart and meet later in life often times will report being attracted to each other, while in the past, non-blood related Royals who were expected to marry were raised together, and then grew up unable to stand one another.
ITT: You're all sick fucks.
