Going bald...
I'm twenty years old, I shouldn't be dealing with this shit yet.
Yeah, most of the men in my family are bald but...you know, they're mostly 50+
Though my friends all have been denying it, tonight I looked in the mirror at the back of my head - yep, it's the beginning of a bald spot.
It's not that bad yet - it's just very thin and spread out
GODDAMN YOU TEENAGED KMD AND YOUR HAIR DYE ADDICTION
Is there anybody else on here dealing with this? I know it's not really *that* important, but it's a huge blow to my self esteem. I fucking love my beautiful, thick wavy hair and I don't want it to do.
What are ways that I can either repair the damage, or at the very least stop it from getting worse?

That sucks, KMD. My hair seems to like coming out in clumps of 10 strands at a time. I'm not getting a bald patch that I have noticed, but the ponytail keeps getting thinner and thinner...
How's your diet? Do you take a multi-vitamin? A Biotin supplement may help as well. Staying healthy might slow down things a little but if genes say you're going to be bald, unfortunately, I don't think there's much to be done about it.
Try to be gentle to your hair, but I don't think you need to completely swear off dye and styling products. Enjoy what you've got while you've got it!

You could just buzz your head and start powerlifting.
Nothing really seems odder than a bald skinny man.
But it's not so bad right now, right? So you should be fine. Rogain I think can help, actually.

I hear Rogaine works to stop any more hair from falling out but won't regrow new hair. Maybe you can start using that in the meantime.
