Butterfly's Biography
Since I am decidely poor at introducing myself, and much better at answering questions, I will do just that:
1. What do you do?
Too many things to list, really. I write, although I never seem to actually produce anything of any value... I do some photography, although again, I seem to not produce anything of any value. I read, some say too much.
I also work at Burger King and attend high school. But otherwise... I don't really do anything. I'm really fairly boring.
2. Where are you from?
When a mommy and a daddy love each other very much... Actually, I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, but have lived most of my life in Lexington, Kentucky.
3. Who is your favorite author?
Since I read way too much, from so many varied genres, to actually have a favorite author, I'll just have to say anyone. I read anything I can get my hands on, really.
4. What are your favorite films?
I'm actually not a big movie or T.V. person, so I can't really answer this question...
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Assuming I have a wedding, that is... I haven't really thought about it, to tell you the truth. It seems unlikely to happen, so I don't really see the point in planning all the details right now.
6. At your funeral?
Hm... I haven't really thought about this, either. I don't really care, actually. I'll be dead.
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Dramatically, yet relatively painlessly. I suppose I could always follow the rock-idol trend and overdose, but that seems so cliche.
When it happens, it'll happen. So I guess I'd like to die in whatever way I'm going to die.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
Actually, I'd like to be cremated. So I would have an urn, not a casket. And I would prefer something silver and darkly elegant.
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Jeans and a tee-shirt, generally. I tend to dress fairly boringly... I just wear whatever feels comfortable to me.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Honestly, I can hardly remember being a little kid. So I guess I don't miss much.
11. What's your favorite band?
Since I listen to way too many bands to list here... I won't even bother trying to list them all. But I will list a few: Switchblade Symphony, Rasputina, Alien Sex Fiend, Christian Death, Cradle of Filth, L'Arc~en~Ciel, Jack off Jill, Porcupine Tree, Lacuna Coil, Adam and the Ants, Lydia Lunch... and more.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Hm, still in highschool...
13. Why did you join?
Because I felt like it?
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Female, I believe.
Feel free to ask me any other questions, and I'll answer them. Maybe.

Welcome. Despite loving your introduction, I'm having a little trouble in writing something creative, so I'll just say once more: welcome.

Lacuna Coil? Glad to see you appreciate uniquely beautiful music.
Welcome.

Thank you to both of you for the welcome.
Hm, I'm glad somebody liked my introduction. Personally, I thought I came across as trying to hard, or a bit too formal, but that's how I always tend to type anything...
Ah, Lacuna Coil, I absolutely adore... Christina Scabbia has an amazing voice! I envy her, I really do.

Welcome, I'm still rather new here as well. Lexington you say? Huh. I fly out there two to three times a year, not a bad place. Pretty good bookstore there too.

I find it somewhat boring, haha. But that may be because I'm easily bored, and not legally allowed to do anything thanks to my age. (Only 17...)

From the above, I didn't think you came across too hard at all. (grins) I also answered the same question with "from my Mother..."
I just wasn't all that enthusiastic when I replied, as I was really tired (still am, stuck in Iowa on a business trip. Tomorrow I get to fly back home to California. YAY!)
Hope you like it here, even if some of us bats are falling off the ceiling...

I had something really witty that would make you love me to reply with, but completely forgot what it was...
My memory sucks.
