The Number 23

Has anyone else gone to see it?

It's a brilliant movie, and has a beautiful style of presentation. The film takes you into the imagination of the protagonist as he envisions the illustrative chapters of the book, relives his nightmares, and falls victim to a deadly obsession that threatens to consume his mind. Jim Carrey pulled off this new and dark role without any problems that I spied.

... The critics, however, wouldn't agree. I'm appalled at the low ratings it's receiving... but they're all pompous, self-important windbags anyway, and miss the point of the movie. Perhaps it takes someone with a somewhat unbalanced frame of mind to understand or connect with it.

Anyway, I'd recommend it, as one dark fellow to another...

F'n awesome. Jims best movie to date. The cinematography was great and so was the acting and storyline. I haven't enjoyed a movie like that in yrs. It had people laughing and oohing throught it. The combination made it very captivating.

I would def recommend for people to see it.

(I shoulda gotten paid to say this) lol

My birthday: 8-22 God's number: 7
8 + 22 = 30 - 7 = 23!!!

The movie was excellent, Jim carrey pulled off the part very well suprisingly.
I was on the edge of my seat for almost the entire movie. Does anyone else think there might be a sequel or perhaps a part two? All the way at the end, (I'm not giving any spoilers) he looked at the clock and it stopped at 2:30 and he just stared at it. Don't know why, but for some reason that gave me the feeling of a sequel.

You know
In that movie Jim Carry didn't make any comic faces and you can't help but notice that he actually is very handsome
