What is with the general account sign-up??

Ok, you guys really need to work on the account sign-up script. It's really aggravating. How is it that I sign up and no e-mail get sent, then when I try signing up again, with a different e-mail account, I can't validate my e-mail?? No URL is being posted in the e-mail sent out to new users. This is MOST irritating. All I really want to do is post a stinking link. grr, whine, other unhappy sounds. (This is not a whine about the board. It's the "link" sign-up script.)

Sorry you are having a bit of trouble, we have had some email issues lately.
Please repost this (very valid) complaint in the "Upgrades you would like to see" thread in the General forum, the Admin Gods seem to monitor that one fairly often. Again, apologies for the trouble, hopefull they will fix it soon after you repost over there.

Make sure if u use hotmail to check the junk folder, i thought the same thing had happened but i ended up finding it in junk.
