Hair style help, please :)
hey everyone
im starting to get bored of my hair, just being long and black, i want something new, i wanna re-dye it all-black (because alot of the colour has faded) and also want to put some blood red colour dye in it aswell.
the thing im not sure about is where or in what pattern or whatever to have the red dye in, secondly, i want a new hair style aswell, not just the dye, i want some really cool lookin hair style, somethin kinda crazy but not too crazy
but i've no idea where to start, and i can't find any pictures of gothic hairstyles anywhere on the internet at all, so i have no examples to base my ideas on, and i don't have any ideas until i see a large amount of examples if you catch my drift lol
so yeah just wondering if anyone knows of a catalogue of hair styles on some site somewhere...
by the way dont refer me to that hair mega thread or whatever it was cus its too huge to go through every page... lol... plus, i didn't see any pictures at all of hairstyles when i had a brief look and i dont have time to crawl through it
anyway so yeah, im rambling far too much, if anyone can help id really appreciate it

My first thought? I don't like you. Post an introduction, please. If you don't have time to read through the hair thread, what makes you think that we have time to help you? Introduce yourself, then maybe.
Also, watch your grammar and spelling. Capitalize, darling. It's "don't", not "dont," "I'd" not "id."
Don't presume to tell us what we can and can not do.

whoa, calm down, just cause i didnt say who i am, nobody else ever got angry cus i didnt introduce myself in my entire 6 years using the internet, and i very much doubt anyone is actually interested in who i am anyway.. lol..
im danny. i currently live in ireland, im 18, im not exactly gothic (and i hate labels anyway) but im into gothic fashion stylings, for clothes/hair etc... happy now?
secondly, i know how to write english thanks... but this isnt an english essay, i did enough of them in school, i can write without punctuation if i want to, lol..and just because im not using punctuation on a forum doesnt mean i cant
and thankyou lucretia, im a guy though, but it still gives me a bit of an idea
i've spent hours searching the net for gothic hairstyles and found nothing except stupid sites with teenagers looking for "stereotypical" goth appearance ideas and they're so stupid.

Dest1ny, Sweetheart, I want you to look at that big "Gothic.net" in the upper left-hand corner. Now, read underneath it. You see the "Literary Culture" part? Yes? Good. We expect you to have the common courtesy to press the 'shift' key, and use proper grammar. While I do appreciate the effort to post an introduction (even if it was in jest,) there's a nifty little spot called "Introductions" for you to do so on.
Shoo. Go say Hi.
Also, on the hairstyle note, I would like to help. I really would. But, see, I have a certain disorder, and I cannot read posts like that.
I am happy that you said please, though.
Also, you know write English? Good. Please don't use a word that doesn't exist.
EDIT: Good night, then. The "hair" part really will help, though, if you use your imagination.

Wow...Someone's PMSing lately. Not gonna name anyone but "Tismine." Anywho, I'd say just maybe keep it long and black, or if you're bored of it that much, do Dreads, or cut it semi-emo style. Some emo style hair cuts might be lame, but there are some pretty cool ones out there that are more gothic than emo. ^_^ That's what I was gonna do. Good luck.

Pardon? PMS? Hm...Afraid not. I am, however, under extreme stress.
Also? Not witty. Not witty at all.
Look throught the picture thread, get ideas, the go chop it off. Or you could just close your eyes and take some scissors to your head.

Was that an attempt at sarcasm? It failed. Miserably. I don't like you because you completely ignored the post that says "For the Newbies," and instead posted an entirely new thread.
Your spelling is still horrendous, as is your grammar, and you are acting as if you were 12.
Yes, THAT questionnaire.
Tata, love.

lol, your exactly like someone else i know..
there is nothing wrong with my spelling, my spelling is flawless thanks.
and my grammar is fine for a forum, i dont need your bullshit thanks
and you think im acting as if i was 12? you're the one whos not far off...
and do you realise how unoriginal it is telling someone they are acting as if they are 11/12 on a forum because you're pissed off with them?
stop caring about grammar, and stop being so pretentious that you need to know who i am before you can offer me any help, this is a fucking forum, not show and tell, get a life.
now... go away and play with your little emo friends

I know it's unorigional. It's unorigional because so many people do it. My thoughts on your grammar is not bullshit. All you are saying by not using proper English is "Hey, all, I'm either to stupid to notice or don't care enough about you to actually type correctly."
Also, I can't 'get over it.' I'm obsessive compulsive.
On the acting 12 comment? At least I have an excuse.
Just be polite, and I really won't care.

Take the grammar advice Dest1ny. It really doesn't take much more time and it will keep a lot more people happy.
Also post an introduction because even if you haven't done it elsewhere on the internet, people here do.
I have no advice for your hair, I want to change mine too. I might just colour it instead.

Alright alright, but don't expect perfect grammar from me, i left the strenuousness of perfect grammar behind when i left school, i had 13 years of that shit, and thats enough, which is why on the internet, unless its a particularly important email or something, i write with "bad" grammar.
However, just because my grammar isn't perfect doesn't mean i can't make it perfect if i needed to write a letter or something like that. English was my best subject in school, and im very good at writing english, im just not used to having to make the effort to please other people.
I'll post an introduction later then.
Yeah i was thinking that, i might just colour it black again (its faded alot since i dyed it last november) and get it cut a tiny bit shorter, and then decide what style to get later.
I still don't know for sure though.

Yep, and include the questionaire.
I'm probably going to dye mine black and put a bit of either purple or dark red in as well.

coolies.
I was thinking all black, but with some blood red in there somewhere. I don't know whether to get red tips, or where to get the red, lol. Also don't know what style to get so yeah i'll leave that to some other time because i have no idea, lol.

It's our custom that new member introduce themselves, and why don't you stop telling respected members what to do?

If you don't think we're important enough for you to write properly, why should we care enough about you to help you?

Dest1ny. You're a moron. Thesae are customs upheld on this site, and if you don't like that, go find another site. Stop being rude to your elders. You are new, we have no reason to be nice to you.

Yes it is.
As for the rest of it, have you considered that maybe I haven't been on another forum in my life that doesn't give a damn about anything and most of their members spend all day flaming, and arguing about stupid crap.
I've never been on a website that ever made such a big deal over who you are, all other sites it doesn't matter who you are, if you ask for help people will help you if they want to, or else not reply at all.
To conclude, i never knew their was a forum that actually cared about community, and i wasn't expecting this one to be any different, my bad.
So stop being assholes, and maybe try to understand what I just said.

I am trying to understand that. Very, very hard. It's flawless? Really? I could name about 50 examples, but I'll just give you one: alot is not a word in that context. There you have it, not flawless. Please don't call us assholes. I was quite straightforward with you, I even said please. You refused to comply. If you had read even one post, you would have realized that we value correct English.
We are not nice people? Pardon? Respect is earned, not given. Also, he said we have no REASON to be nice to you, not that we wouldn't be. Rudeness is met with rudeness.

Please type that out again, as it doesn't make sense. I think you're using double negatives, but I'm not quite sure.
