School is unbelievably terrible, fears of expulsion.

Right, I'll start from the beginning of what's happened in the space of three days.

On Monday night, a mate (Callum) was over my house. Stupidly, I somehow let him convince me to type up his verbal assault on this girl (Erica) he was having a confrontation with over Piczo (they'd been going out, then split up, then the girl decided to bug him and tell him she hated him and stuff). So anyway, about six months of pent up annoyance was poured out into a message of vehement dislike. Stuff like "You're a vindictive bitch, wish people could chop off your ears and ram them down your throat so they could hear the bullshit you come out with" etc. It was a stupid thing to do, and the next morning we went up to the deputy headmistress and talked to her about it.

So anyway, we had to explain why we'd done it, so we told her rather bluntly "We don't like her because she's a condescending violent bully". Alright, sorted, stupid thing out of the way.

The girl in question is then taken into the deputy headmistress' office to talk about things, comes back twenty minutes later, and has the nerve to smile and wave at me as if nothing has happened. I ignored her at the time, I had made it clear in my Piczo comment that I wanted absolutely nothing to do with her, but I was oblivious to exactly what she had been saying while in the office.

So anyway, I'm called in today, along with another mate, Anthony (not the one that I wrote the comment with) and somebody else (Shayne) outside Science, to go into her office. When we get there, she tells Shayne that it's unnacceptable to draw genitalia on people's work. Shayne just looks pretty dumbstruck, because he has no idea what she's on about. Want to know why? Erica was the one who does this stuff, and she blamed it on him.

So anyway, he leaves, pretty pissed. Then she says to me and Anthony that the sort of sexual innuendo we have been saying is completely unnacceptable. I didn't have any idea what she was on about, so I voiced that opinion, and she told me she'd talk to me about it later in the day. Fair enough, we leave and try to think about what it could possibly be.

Then, in DT, I'm called out to go to the deputy head mistress' office. Finally I'm getting some answers. So, I go in, and sit down, and the child support person (or some other alias, it's basically an underqualified psychologist who tries to assess problems) comes in a few seconds afterwards. The deputy headmistress hands me a print-out of the girls Piczo, the entire thing, which I've only ever commented once, so the first page is the only page of any particular interest to me. I acknowledge it, and brace myself for some bad news.

She pulls out about eight or nine sheets of paper. Now I'm less braced, and more bewildered. Rather calmly, she states that this is the sexual innuendo that she was on about four hours prior. Alright, she must have pretty big handwriting to fill up nine sheets of paper. No, it was small, quick notes, on fictitious events that I have no earthly idea about.

So, she launches into this tirade of unfounded allegations, while I sit there. They include:

Me Callum and Anthony are all openly bisexual (false).

All take pleasure in shoving sanitation products up our rears (this, I laughed out loud at. The audacity of calling me in for explicit behaviour to be subjected to an allegation of that magnitude and nature is just... really really thick).

Brag about the vast amounts of pornography that we watch (also false).

She's said that I come out of the toilet, wipe my hands on people and say I've been masturbating (that one was just sickening).

She's said that I've said sexual things to her while I was on the phone to my mother while Erica was over my house (yes, she accused me of talking sexually to her while I was on the phone to my MOTHER).

And loads of other things like bullying her sister (which is something SHE does, not me, because a couple of days ago, she literally brought her sister to tears by trying to tell her sister's only friend to stop hanging around with her and that she was pathetic).

Now that all of that's out of the way, and I'm done laughing, I'm furious. Who the hell has the right to say those sorts of things, about me, about things that I've apparently said IN MY OWN HOUSE (which, incidentally, I didn't) and complain about them to the deputy headmistress when they're all figments of the dark crevices of her twisted imagination?

So, I deny these allegations. Seems pretty straightforward, I make it clear that I deny them and will continue to do so forever. Then, she has the gall to say to me "Well, I personally don't think these are made up, because she's a girl. Girls don't say these sorts of things". That's right, I'm facing a LONG exclusion, and my explanation won't even be taken on board because of the gender of the person who omitted this nonsensical stream of rubbish.

Then, I tackle the bisexuality issue, saying that I cannot speak for the orientation of my peers as none of them have confided in me anything of that nature, but that Erica probably heard light-hearted references to homosexuality from me and my social circle, which is true, we laugh about pretending to be homosexual.

So the child support assistant (I'll call her 'The Clueless One' so that nobody gets confused, since that is the most accurate pseudonym for her) then says "It is unfair to make jokes about homosexuality. As a Roman Catholic school, we believe strongly in the equal treatment of all, regardless of race, religion or sexual orientation. This is a confusing time for these people if they are struggling with their sexuality".

From the second she said Roman Catholic and equal treatment, I knew that she was going onto a tangent of ridiculousness and hyper-religious idiocy that clouds her already heavily impaired judgment. So, I explain that I mean no offence to homosexual people and that I have a few homosexual friends (this one got me funny glances, nice job on the equality), and that it was only light-hearted fun that teenage boys do partake in, these are the kinds of jokes we make.

Then she goes onto another tangent, this time about how words are weaponry, and how this could've really hurt them. She seems oblivious to the fact that they wouldn't join in if it was so offensive to them, but it's funny to see her strain for coherent argument, so I'll let her continue with her ranting.

Then the deputy headmistress tells me that my parents will be seeing her on Monday, but that I may already be excluded (suspension, not expulsion. Or at least, hopefully, because expulsion has plagued my thoughts today) by that time. Great, book an appointment with my parents but cleverly manouver it so that I can't actually be there to explain myself and my actions. If she does try and stop me, I'll just tell her to back off, because there is no way I'm leaving her and my parents with that paperwork full of slanderous allegations with pretty much no truthful background to them.

By this time, I'm really annoyed, and raise the tone of my voice to the point where they can sense the angst and tell me rather hastily that they are being respectful to me and that they expect the same. My response of "Yeah, these accusations are really respectful" just gets me a stern look, so I decide to sit there with arms crossed, fume and be oblivious to any of the crap she's bound to come out with. Eventually, they let me go back to class, and I tell Callum and Anthony about the severity of the situation, about how Erica's documented pretty much every conversation that we've ever had (even while she wasn't there and it wasn't anything to do with her), added in sexual undertones and told her stupid stories to Ms Cotter. If I get expelled because of that pathetic excuse for a sociopath's fantasy rantings, I have no idea what I am going to do.

If you've read all of this, thanks a lot.

This girl should be chucked out of school, not you. I really cannot understand how your headmistress can just believe all of this without any kind of evidence. I guess the best you can do now is behave impeccably until the case has been solved... :/ Oh, and, if you have a punching bag, get her picture, tape it on and release your aggression.

Forget swords, if this whole affair becomes any more sordid, I'll just go to the paper with that post (bit of editing, obviously).

There are people like that everywhere. The best thing to do, generally speaking, is not to get involved with them, even if your friends seem to want you to, or if your friends are. I speak from experience when I say that all they want is attention; trying to go about my daily business and let them clash with others has been my sole coping mechanism. People like that know how to get authority in their corner. All I can say is best of luck to you.

Aww, I'm sorry, that whole situation just sounds completely awful. I can't believe the headmistress believes the stories without proof simply based on gender. That's pretty naive on her part.
My only advice would be to try to get people who can back up your statements to the headmistress, if that's possible. Also, I would stay clear of the real troublemakers.
Anyway, good luck

Hell, your headmistress needs an update on social behaviors. This is how girls always react. Girls are taught not to fight, so they do it psychologically, through teardowns and lies. This is a textbook example of a female bully.

I would know. I'm a girl. And I know plenty who've done this. (I always preferred just hitting people)

Don't worry brotha', this girl's got issues at home. Maybe her dad molested her or something when she was young. Right now there's really nothing you can do, unless you want to fight fire with fire and do sokme rather nasty back-handed things.

Fuck all, I reminded my teacher that the ramblings of a person when your excuse for believing them is "She's a girl" and a couple of harsh words on Piczo are laughable grounds for punishment and she sodded off.

However I am getting suspended for not praying, which I intend on researching if it goes any further. Have to talk to the headteacher.

I would suggest looking up Britain's constitution. I know for a fact that Canada's (which I think is modeled loosely on that of England) expressly states that all citizens have the right to choose thier religion, or to choose no religion at all. If the UK has a similar section, it is actually illegal for them to suspend you for not praying on grounds of religious discrimination. Perhaps look up your local human rights committee as well?

Oh, I'm well aware of the UK constitution giving me the right to practice my own beliefs. I just like getting suspended, it gives me time to shop. Which is why if I get anything further than suspension I'll take some action.

The actual story went as so:

Mass was going on, blah blah blah, this is my body, blah, everyone stands up and sings about God's glory and prays. I stay seated, not my thing. Teacher comes over, "Stand up right now." "Eh... no." "TO MY OFFICE!". Immediate ban from all RE lessons and a shitload of trouble. Plenty of Islamic students didn't stand up, wasn't a word said to them. I explained it just doesn't fit with my beliefs, apparently I'm being an asshole by not doing it, so I'm in trouble. They're holding out on the suspension for ages, the headteacher likes tension.

Second time today

Back to the matter at hand, thats pretty fucked up, did the support worker actually say anything or just sit there pretending to "assess"?
And the fact that she thinks the alligations are true because of gender is unbelievably fucking stupid. I feel sorry for you

Jeez, the part about the whole not praying thing REALLY pissed me off. Here in England you ARE allowed to have your own religious beliefs. However, You may have to do what I did (being Pagan in a RC School) and at least pretend to follow the schools doctrine (I was thrown out of RE when i was 12 for telling my teacher that i didn't believe in the bible, the school forced my tutor to allow me back in however) If you're still dragged up to your principal or whatever, then i would be mature about the situation and tell them calmly that you have your own personal beliefs a and you have rights like anyone else and you have the right to quietly be your own self in regards to religion. As you pointed out, there are Islamic students who are obviously not asked to join in. I'd also see why this teacher has it in for you so badly by treating you this way

Hope that helps

If it is a private parochial school then in America they would have the right to kick you out for something like that because only public schools have to comply to stuff like having the right to choose your religion. I have no clue about the UK though.

They cannot force anyone to comply with prayer and worship to a faith they do not believe in. Not even in a private school. If they chucked you out for not wanting to sing and pray to a god you do not believe in then you could more than likely sue them and involve the human rights act in some way. Also if they did boot you then the papers would be my first stop if it were me

It's wrong, and you'd have every right to sue, but private schools seem to pull shit like that all the time.

I fucking hate it when schools think that normal girls are not capable of having a sexual imagination!
I got in huge shit when I was in school for talking sexual all of the time. One meeting they had enough fucking nerve to ask me if I've been *****. I've never been *****, and at that time when they asked I was still a virgin.
Afterwards, they accused me of shitting in the art room. I laughed.

You can't have my swords, but you can use your mind.
I think that you can react using simply the law.
If everything is as you told it, there is no proof against you.
Bring everything to a law court, asking for CLUES of what you've done.
You're the target of a discrimination, in fact.
