Saturday Mornings in the 90s
I decided to pay tribute to the Saturday mornings of the 90s, the decade which I considered the golden age of Saturday Mornings. Before Japan invaded, before all the lousy cartoons of today with the predictable plots. Back in the days of the mighty morphin power rangers (which is pretty much the show that got the whole predictable plot thing started).

I haven't watched too many of those but I can clearly recall Goosebumps. One of my friends was terrified of Goosebumps, her brothers used to watch it on Saturdays so she'd sleep over at my house every single weekend so she wouldn't have to watch it as well.

I used to watch the 90`s saturday morning cartoons, but I am more of a late 90`s cartoon person. I remember lots of old anime shows, such as Pokemon and Digimon. Ah, those were the days...

It was the late 80's for me. Saturday mornings weren't complete without The Real Ghostbuster.

Man, I remember living in the UK a few years ago, and Friday nights were AWESOME on channel four. Now they're SHIT! All reality TV shows and retarded fucking top 100 shows all hosted by Davina fucking McCall or whatever the living shit her name is.Top 100 shit songs you never gave a rats ass about, top 100 letters of the alphabet, top 100 top 100 shows. IT'S FUCKING ANNOYING!!!

Some Top 100 shows aren't bad. It just depends on what the subject is. Like VH1's Top 100 Most Metal Moments in History, or whatever it's called. Metal is cool, so a show about Metal, no matter what the format, is by association cool as well. I don't care if it's a soap opera. I'd watch All My Metal! Fuck yeah!

Before it got shit, they had Frasier, Smack The Pony, Cheers, and fucking tons more, stretching out until three the next morning. I had good times staying up getting wasted watching those shows. And it was always fun hurling empty cans at the TV during Graham Norton. Oh yeah, and The Adam And Joe Show! Since those fuckers got (Semi) famous, they don't want to hang out so much. Fuckers...

Enterteinment has gone down hill in my opinion.
I hate all the crappy movies coming out about every little stupid thing with unoriginal crappy titles.

I loved that show, as well as Pinky and the Brain, Freakazoid, Superman, Batman, I Am Weasel, Cow & Chicken, 2 Stupid Dogs, Hysteria, and Detention. There were more, but that's all I could think of off of the top of my head.

I blame child delinquency on the absence of Live and Kicking on Saturday mornings.
The poor dears are missing so much.
Power Rangers FTW. Only the original crew mind, with the dinosaurs and the Green (later White) ranger who was evil, but then good.
Wholesome stuff, made me want to learn karate. ><
I don't suppose Captain Scarlet, Thunderbirds, Stingray etc count do they?
Captain Scarlet was surprisingly dark for children's entertainment I always thought, looking back.

Damn, I'm old. I remember watching all of these shows. Except "Eerie Indiana" didn't ring a bell until I watched the into. And that's pretty much it. I can't vaguely remember what any of the episodes were like. That "Power Rangers" intro made me laugh my ass off to kingdom come. Never would have thought it was so outrageously gay in my little five year old noggin back then.
God, I hated "Bill Nye The Science Guy"!! Why do people even try to make science interesting?
