My snake died. ._.
I am sad.
It was young, too. Only something like 6 years old.
It's been really sick recently, and I guess I kind of saw this coming, but she seemed to be getting better, so it was really a surprise.

Oh she didn't make it? I'm sorry. I know how you feel though, my garter snake, Slippy died aged 11. I'd had him since I was ten.
Again, my sympathies

Royal Pythons usually live for 20 years.
She was in need of a vet appointment for like 2 months, but our vet was on vacation.
I feel like she died because she didn't get medical attention fast enough, and it's our fault for not consulting a different vet.

No way, man. Animals are delicate - a lot of the time, once something starts going wrong, there's not a lot you can do. (Believe me, I must have spent hundreds on the two dogs, cat and hamster I've had die on me, AFTER seeing a vet, being told there's nothing to be done, and being charged a shitload for the bad news. I'm not saying you should leave it, but like I said the little ones are delicate in that you can't operate etc., and do the stuff you can with a person.) Plus, if you wanted to see a vet you trusted, no one can reproach you for wanting to put your critter in the hands of someone you knew would do a good job.

That sucks man. I don't know what I would do if my cat died, I've had him since I was 4. My deepest sympathies.

My zebra finch that I've had for seven years died a week ago as well. It was a horrible accident though.

That's a shame, Maggot.
I hope you feel better soon.

I`m very sorry to hear that, Maggot. You have my sympathies. A beloved pet is truly a big loss, they are almost like a good friend to you.

We went away on holiday and the person looking after it dropped the cage and it smashed it’s head but I know the bitch was lying. I mean the body was lying five feet away from the cage and had the tray over it, that’s just not possible.

Lol, from what I gather, you have every right to use such language.
My guinea pig actually went at a rather convenient time. I know it sounds horrible, but we were about to go on vacation in 2 weeks, so it ended up that we didn't have to pay for 3 weeks of petsitting. :\
