Hello, everyone!

Hello everybody, a privilege to be part of this site.

My name is Sierra. I'm an aspiring writer--I'm hoping to have a supernatural romance novel published. I'm also into drawing and the arts! Two of my favorite plays/musicals are Sweeney Todd and The Phantom of the Opera. Let's see... ah yes, I'm an avid anime fan (yes, I'm an aninerd) and I enjoy reading manga. I'm very into music. Some of my favorite bands/singers are: Emilie Autumn, Collide, Switchblade Symphony, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Dead Can Dance, Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie and the Banshees.... and many, many more, though it would be too long of a list. I also love to watch movies like historical fictions, scifi, horror, fantasy, and the list goes on and on. I absolutely adored Pan's Labyrinth. I like frilly and lacy things, and have a strange fascination with striped stockings and boots. And, as it pains me to admit it, I have bought a few bits of apparel from Hot Topic in the past (they were nice), and haven't acquired any authentic alternative clothing. Forgive me! Perhaps I'll get my hands on some vecona clothes soon, though.... oh what a lovely job she did on some of Emilie Autumn's wardrobe. But I must wait till I've gotten myself a job.

Anyway, I realize I'm rambling... so I'll cut myself off here before I talk (type?) your ears off.

Again, I'm thrilled to be a part of this site, and I hope to make friends with the wonderful people here.

Yeah, I have a deviant art gallery if you're interested. I can't post the link unfortunately, but if you go to the site, all you need to do is put in "Songbird-of-Sorrow," and it'll take you to the gallery. Lol.

Yes, it's hard--especially since I'm using a trackball mouse and paint. Takes a very steady hand and oodles of patience. I do all the shading myself too.
