The Mighty Boosh
He don't know me, he don't know what I got. I wanna show ya somethin'--it's old Gregg's vagina! I've got a MANGINA! I'm Old Greeeeeeeeeegg. - Old Gregg
Sorry, I couldn't resist. An acquaintance of mine, Anneka, showed me the Mighty Boosh awhile ago, and I've been hooked on it ever since. I absolutely love British comedy, and Howard and Vince's escapades never cease to delight me. I especially loved "The Nightmare of Milky Joe" and "The Legend of Old Gregg." I thought they were both hilarious. Plus, the fact Old Gregg looked like Rick James after drowning made me laugh pretty hard, too. And the way he talked, it was pure genius.
So, does anyone else enjoy this series? If so, what's your favorite episode and quote?

I've only seen a few episodes, but they were absolutely hilarious.
"You can't be unhappy in a poncho!"
And Vince is sexy.

I agree. <3
I love his androgynous glam-rock style. And he was absolutely adorable in the episode with the two goth girls, "Nanageddon."

Seriously?!
Yessss, hooray for the Mighty Boosh. I hope Old Gregg shows up more in the new season; he's such a flipping awesome character. xD

'Nanageddon' was a a blast. "Use Goth juice! The most powerful hairspray known to man! It's made from the tears of Robert Smith...". Simply hilarious.

Haha, I remember that. xD
Yes, Nanageddon was, I think, the most hilarious episode.

"The Nightmare of Milky Joe" is my favourite ep, the new series is good too though ^__^ Although, they've repeated 2 of the characters in it up to know (The Hitcher and The Spirit of Jazz but with different clothes on). The one that's on tomorrow is good, and kindda creepy, has the "crack fox" in it.. yes, that's a fox, that's on crack. lol
xXx.

Since posting in this thread last I truly believe the Mighty Boosh has become one of my favourite shows of all time.
Old Gregg is one of the greatest characters ever created.
Baileys, mmm... creamy.

"and this is a picture of the closest you can get to Baileys without your eyes getting wet"
I think I laughed for hours when I heard that.

I can't stand The Mighty Boosh. The only joke I found remotely funny was the one about hairspray made of Robert Smith's tears, and that only stopped me from frowning, rather than making me smile or laugh.

Aaah I see you have the Nanageddon quote in your signature! That makes me chortle every time.
I really love the shamans in the episode.
"I'm sorry, but I've got to turn my back on you." *Funky tune*
"Is this true Kirk? Are you still an erotic adventurer?"
And good old Tony Harrison!
*Sings the cheese song*
One thing that I have noticed is that in alot of British 'indie' comedy, it's the same guys appearing in everyone else's shows!
Anyone ever seen Garth Marenghi's Darkplace? I think that was the best thing on Channel 4 for a long time, another wonderful 'indie' Brit-com.
