Blue.
But, sometimes green looks neat if the person has naturally brown hair, and lets it grow out a bit and then spikes it--It reminds me grass =)

I would pay homage to Miyavi and go for blue. But I'm a Miyavi fantard, so that's just me.

A really rich, dark blue would go nicely with my eyes. I did a temp blue that was quite fun earlier this semester (it was supposed to be purple but I'm glad it turned out the way it did) and I loved it but now is not the best time for it to be a crazy color as for Christmas I'm going to see my Nana (dad's mum) and celebrate her 93rd (maybe 94th) birthday and I don't want to give the dear woman a stroke

Green. But not just any green, NEON GREEN! I'm growing a mohawk (god it takes sooooo long) and I'm going to dye it neon green. I'm at the Travis Bickle mohawk stage now. It'll take a while but I'm going to love it!

Blue. I was going to dye my fringe and the front section of my hair deep electric blue, but the hairdresser said I had dyed it black so much that the bleach wouldn't be able to lighten the hair enough for the blue to take. I would have ended up with a really weird sludgy green >.<

My hair's naturally black and my girlfriend tried lightening it just on the front and it was this nice looking orange against the rest of the hair. But when we tried putting green in it, it came out that sludgy green you mentioned. We tried lightening it again, did not work at all.
Chances are it's because I should've gotten in done professionally but she insisted since she's somehow managed to pull it off and her hair is also naturally black.
I've had green, didn't work. I want to try blue now. This time, pro.

Green would suit me better, but I'd rather go for blue if I had the skin tone for it. Blue's a much less commonly worn colour, looks much more original and interesting.

Forest Green... I can't stand that lime crap. I dyed my hair blue before for my junior prom, and it looked nasty... but when I dyed it green for last year's prom, It looked AWESOME!!!

I think a light sky blue would suit me (I've got almost snow white skin and extremely light blue eyes), so I'd go for that. I've always wanted to try blue hair, but since my hair's naturally red, I'm worried it might become some odd purple- ish colour instead... :-/

Whenever I see a person with green hair, it makes me think of a toxic waste dump, especially when it starts to fade. I always love blue hair.

I'd go with green, just because I haven't done it yet. It'd be something new.

Despite my name, I choose blue hair. It just suits people. Green... doesn't.

I tried green once... it stayed green for a couple of days then faded to look like dead grass.
So, blue.

Blue! I am dying my hair right this very second, and I'm soooo very excited! I am going from a black pixie cut to what I hope will be a very deep vibrant blue. I bleached it and everything, so I'm curious as to how it will turn out. Can't wait to post pics!!!

Green under-layering streaks would look cute but not ALL of your hair green.

I think blue looks better on me, and I'm thinking more a very dark midnight blue.
