My ex-boyfriend totally beat the shit out of me!
When we broke up, he said he was cool about it. 3 weeks later, he comes into my home and starts screaming at me. Just random crazy stuff over and over again about how fucked up his life is and how fucked up I am and how he's planning on killing me. Then he starts to hit me. I'm now black and blue all over and in major pain. Afterwords, he hugged me and sai dhow sorry he was and how much he loved me and how much he wanted to get back together again. Either he really DOES love me, or he's just crazy. Maybe both.

You need to have his dumbass thrown in jail and prosecute him on every count possible. Get a good lawyer and you can come up with many crimes most likely. If that fails call MHMR and have him committed, even if it is short term and even if he is sane (sounds debatable at best) would still serve him right.

I would certainly hope it's not but as I have had a friend that was beat to death, actually they pulled the plug after several weeks of coma because of that last attack, due to a stalker Ex, if it is real than I would hope they would not take it lightly.
