Has Anyone seen this film yet?

I enjoyed it. I know it's been getting poor reviews, but I thought it was worth the cost of the movie ticket. I do feel that the ending and the beginning sequences, which take place during present day, were completely unnecessary, however.

I just saw it last night. We showed up a bit late, so we missed the beginning. It was overall good, I thought, but it didn't make sense logically.
