There wasn't a thread on Futurama so I decided to make one. I love it. It never gets old for me. I also hear rumors that they're bringing it back in 2008. Favorite episodes, favorite quotes or characters; post it all here.

I love that show, and I do hope they will bring it back. The characters that were most memorable to me were Professor Farnsworth and Dr. Zoidberg. And of course, who could forget Bender.

[Haunted House]

Zoidberg is awesome. I love how he's supposed to be a doctor for humans, but knows nothing about their anatomy. Plus the human anatomy poster in his office is upside down. Hah.

One of my favorite quotes from the show as a whole is when Fry says "The Sun!? Thats the hottest place on Earth!"

Mat Groening is awesome with all his satires!
I love the mathematical humor in it, like when Farnsworth said in a competition that the judges of a quantum finish changed the outcome by measuring it (an allusion to Schrodinger's cat)

Dammit! Now I’m going to have to go back and watch the whole series again.

I LOVE Futurama and I still can’t believe that they cancelled that and kept “King Of The Hill” (which is a show I’ve grown to loathe)

I own all the DVD sets but I haven’t watched them in a while.

The reason I’m going to watch it again is just to see the “What-If-Machine” episode. It was the episode where Dr. Farnsworth breaks out the “What If Machine” and tells what everyones future could have been like. The “What If Machine” episode contained one of my favorite quotes at the end and I can’t for the life of me remember it.

It’s on the tip of my tongue it was something to the effect something something “If only I invented the Thinglonger”.

After that episode I was obsessed with the word “Thinglonger” for weeks.

The "what if Machine" episode is also one of my favorites. Another one is where Lila goes into a coma and Fry keeps going into her dreams to try and get her to wake up.

Yes, they're supposed to be doing several direct-to-DVD movies, which will later be cut up into episode-sized chunks and aired on Comedy Central. At least, that's how I heard it.
