Free guava drinks.

I always order a medium or large size pizza and a couple of guava drinks. Tonight I just ordered the pizza, without the drinks, but when the guy came to the door, he handed me a couple of guava drinks and told me they were on the house.

So maybe it's a franchise and they're throwing me a bone to build customer loyalty, but I prefer to think that somebody just got friendly and cute. Or else clever, and was taking a cheeky free stab at me.

A flash in the pan.

That is excellent customer service. Management likes to find ways to reward their already loyal customers to keep you coming back so you will pass the word. Complaints and compliments get spread in 2's. You tell 2 people and they will tell 2 people and so on and so on.

I haven't had a guava drink in ages. I wouldn't even know where to get one, actually. Ah well, Coke's fine with me.

Cool anecdote though.

Thanks man. It is great to hear from you too.
Somehow, since coming back, I just don't feel the need to post as much.
::shrugs::
But I should post some pix so you can see why I am so freakin' relaxed.

That's awesome. It's like something from the 80s. Don't ask me how, or how I'd even know since I was 7 at the end of the 80s; I just wanted to say that.

I'm also envious. I haven't had any guava since I was at Ryan's house sick.

They are delicious, but I prefer juice.

In the same theme, have you ever eaten a burrito and realized 'this is not a real Mexican burrito'?
That reason should be enough to make you want to come over here and meet me. XD
For real; we could go to a nearby city called Villahumada. Their burritos are so good they're a great part of their economy.

I have never met a burrito I didn't like, but genuine Mexican ones are better.

When I went to Mexico this spring, I did not get to eat real Mexican food. :C Because my mom just couldn't wait one more hour, we had to eat at an American chain restaurant. Turns out...she wasn't even hungry. Needless to say, I was VERY upset.
I wanted real Mexican food. :C
Would it have been that hard to pick up a freakin' candy bar at the convenience store we had just walked out of? D<

Actual, I've had one made by an illegal immigrant.

It was in Utah.

And I do wanna go there and meet you! That would be so cool.

Are all burritos made with refried beans? Is that part of what makes a burrito a burrito?
