If she's legal age, she can get it done herself. I didn't need anyone's premission, as long as I had ID.

She is 15, I wasn't sure if she needed permission but so far I heard different age limits and I just need to be sure if that's what she really wants to do.

Gods...I am a tad tipsy, I have had quite a few Norsk and lemonades!
I went to the pub with 3 of my old work mates, and the owners had hung up a load of great props like dead bodies, mummies, severed heads ect, good old cheesy halloween ghost ride things ( I wanted to adopt skelespider but they wouldn't let me  )
We played a lot of party games too! There was the usual "guess the body parts", which did actually include a real lambs heart, a real liver, and a real bone ( it was a joint of pork, the pub is also a small restaurant ) This ended with the last body part being a small joke sized cock XD
There was the mummy game, which involved wrapping a team member ( in this case Kate ) in loo roll , the first to use all the loo roll wins
Here is Katie dressed as a mummy after our spectacular handiwork

We had to get balls of wool and wrap all four of us in it in the quickest time, and make it as knotted as possible, and then get out of it again in the fastest time.
And then....
Charlotte stole Sarahs hat!
