I prefer the darker color; maybe it's bad experiences, but the brighter red seems a bit--trite. No offense; you pull it off well. I'm just not fond of the color.
But the darker one fits your skin tone nicely and has, to my mind, an understated flair that the old color lacks.

Wow, I really like your hair. I want hair like that! As for brands of lipstick, I'm not so sure. Have you gone to the U.S.? If so, check out Hot Topic, they have black lipstick there. Gas Town has awesome stuff as well, but you probably know that already.

The black lipstick from Hot Topic is terrible. One of my friends always tries it, and it doesn't stay no for more than half an hour. He said the cheap halloween stuff from walmart is better than some of Hot Topic's makeup.
Black lipstick looks bad most of the time anyways.

They had a really nice dark red at wal-mart this halloween, it was actually made by a real make-up company so it was good quality...you have the excact same haircut as me...
