Applications suck!

ok so i'm applying for a job as a Page for a library. i hate applications.
there are so many blanks. i don't know the supervisor's name for the last place i worked. what do i put? i read that i should put N/A for blanks. does that mean like every single blank on the application?
also, i worked with a temp agency for the job mentioned above. so what do i put when i says Reason for leaving? gah!
it's soo obvious i have no clue what im doing. someone help!
and also, what happens if you fail the drug test? they just tell you that you cant work there right? no getting in trouble for failing a drug test, right? lol.

The application for Shaw's has to be completed online, so I can't leave any blanks.

And the little thing before it said it could take me anywhere from 1/2 hour to 2 hours to complete the whole thing.

The application for Dunkin' Donuts is only two pages long.

And I have no idea who they're supposed to call for references and such.

If need be, hit up the white pages and look for where you worked last and use the phone numbers if hard pressed to remember a supervisor.

And definitely don't forget the cover letter and resume as well.

Well, Lolly, that's a good idea. But i don't live in Georgia anymore.

wtf. cover letter and resume? it says nothing about a cover letter but it says i can put in a resume if i want.
idk. i mean, i just want a job.
i went to the mall and applied at hot topic..(yeah yeah..i know..i'm desperate.lol) last month, hoping that MAYBE i just might get that one. cuz who else will hire someone with pink/red hair and an eyebrow piercing. well, they never called..so, yeah. some dorky kid that was applying at the same time as me probably got it.
so maybe i wont fuck everything up.
i don't think i'll pass the drug test though, assuming they do want to hire me. the apps are due wednesday, and i'm turning mine in on monday..so maybe they'll give it a few weeks? lol.
not sure how long weed stays in the system but the last time i smoked was friday..sooo....
