My calves and arms are quite muscular, as I walk a lot and lift heavy things at work.

138. Yuck. I'm determined to be down at 125 by the time summer rolls around. I have to look good in my hot one-piece lifeguarding bathing suit. Mmmm.

Same with me. I work out... eh I used to work out a lot like 2 years ago. Now a days I'm a lazy fat ass who works out probably once every who knows when. A fat ass at 100 lbs or so at a height of 5 feet 7 >.>

I'm back! Slayer got nominated for Best Metal Performance for the Grammy Awards this year, its the only part of the whole show I care about. Anywho, anybody got 300$ for an Epiphone Thunderbird bass?

I'm 140lbs, so I'm a bit chubby. I do work-out everyday. I am very healthy, though.
Being thin does not equal being healthy and being overweight doesn't necessarily mean you're unhealthy.
My boyfriend is 100lbs. He's a tiny little thing, but I think thin guys are cuties.

You don't want to know how much I weight then, hehe...
Let's just say my hands look like a skeleton's.

I love skinny guys... something about really skinny guys, with eyeliner, makes me swoon. I'm 5'3" and I hover around 98 pounds most of the time. I've probably been losing weight like crazy though, I can't eat at all, and I don't know if I'm coming down with the flu or if it's just stress.

I'm 140-something, and way too much of that is thigh. It's not that bad, I guess, considering the fact that I'm 5'6". I could stand to lose a bit, but I loves my ice cream.

Actually, I'm starting to get so skinny that I'm seriously trying to gain some weight. I don't know exactly how much I weigh because I don't own a scale, but my measures are 90-60-90 (cm), which is unnatural for my height. :P How exactly do you gain weight in a healthy, vegan way?

Do muscle-increasing exercises, and eat a lot of grains and protein.

ha ha. I can vouch that this works for females, but maybe a bit too well When I was 17 I could bench and put on the work table a 700 R-4 tranny out of a chevy pickup (empty, of course) with no issues. At 21, I was working industrial construction, I can vouch for the weight loss advantages of that, too.
At those times in my life, I looked freakin' great. Hell, at 21 I even had the hint of a six pack. Now, unfortunately, I'm not in plus sizes, but I am about 225, and sick of it. Hence, actually eating a healthy breakfast this morning, packing a good lunch instead of eating out, etc.

If you work out then scale back the cardio and switch to something like yoga that helps build and maintain healthy muscle mass without burning so many calories. If you don't work out then up your intake of healthy fats (well if you are vegan most of your fats are of the healthy variety) by adding snacks throughout the day including things like trail-mix and/or bananas/apples/whatever with peanut butter. I wish that I could be more help but a bit of what I ate when I was trying to put on weight was not vegan. For the record I am still a bit thin for my height as I am between 115-120lbs and 5'7ish but the doc says that I am fine and when I started the new diet I was happy to be over 105lbs so it did make a big difference.

Hey, thanks. I think one of the reasons for my loosing so much weight is suddenly having dance classes and dance practise as a part of my musical theatre studies, so there's no way I'll be able to cut down on that without some documentation from a MD. But bananas and peanut butter sound great... I think I'll just have to try something like that, even though eating more will be hard work (I already heap food onto my plates at meals :P).

Try making a smoothie: small ripe banana (sliced), 2 big tablespoons peanut butter, and 1 cup of soy milk (and if you want to make it a dessert smoothie then add a tablespoon of honey). It is a little easier if you blend the peanut butter and banana before adding the soy milk

I would not do that longterm though, it's a good way to develop diabetes.

I was so pleased when I lost half a stone (about 4 weeks ago). I told my dad and he said "what from your shoe!?"
lol
I have now put it back on and I'm back up to 11 stone. Oh wells *shrug* what can I say? I like my food. And I'm happy with my weight. But losing half a stone came as a delightful surprize. hehe
